Poor room, not clean, bed was hard, only 2 flat pillows on bed.
The staff were very friendly and willing to help.
The first room we received had fire ants between the comforter and the sheets. The 'continental breakfast' consisted of: two types of cereal, bananas & muffins....not exactly what I had expected.
very expensive for that Room
There was a strange smell. A big crack in the tub allowed spiders to crawl in. Office couldn't give more towels, sheets or blankets for our entire stay because there was no housekeeping. Worst of all BED BUGS! Bites we recv'd were confirmed by our doctor.
the room was only 2 beds not a suite that I paid 4 so I paid --- for 2 nights when it was only --- for 2 nights but got charged ---
Room was clean although toilet and bathtub were outdated, staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean.
Breakfast has little options - two cereal choices, packaged hunny bun or muffin and apples.
rooms are roomy.. location was perfect for 3 different cities..
I liked everything
Blood on the comforter a hole in the ceiling covered with a plastic cup
It was not kid-friendly.
The room was a good size and the pool was very clean.
The bed was hard as a rock. The oillows were flat and when i asked for a fourth one(i booked the roon for four people and only had 3 pillows) i was told to wait until the house keeper came in but no one ever brought a pillow to my room.
that i had a place to lay my head for the 3days.
the comforter/carpet was old and dirty.i killed three crickets in the room. there was a big cocroach in the room and ants at the door step.i requested for clean sheets and towels on the 2nd day of my stay but the cleaning lady never came as promised.
It was on a highway that made for a quick trip into Galveston. There are a grocery store and some cheap restaurants nearby. They accommodated our need for a ground-floor room. The only spider we encountered was already dead.
We asked for extra pillows due to health needs, and we were only allowed one. The bed was pretty hard, and the blanket on the bed was not really comfortable. The room had an old TV with distorted visuals and some channels didn't have sound.
Not fair from my destination
The breakfast wasn't what I expected
The lobby was blocked off from the back and could not be reached from the pool and ice machine areas, since they are in the the back of the facility it requires you to walk all the way around the facility to get from the front to the back.
Was told to me that the hotel had a hot tub and was looking forward to it. When we got there up hurt because no hot tub.
The size of the room.
Breakfast was frosted flakes and orange punch ONLY!!!
Maid service daily
Only cereal and prepackaged sticky buns for breakfast. What happened to the Texas continental breakfast that includes something hot?
cheap and close to the beach
was told there was a hot breakfast but only had cereal
Well that it wasn't a total nightmare like reviews mentioned it was ok. It was a place to stay.
That i asked for a room downstairs and wa s granted over the phone and when we get there staff said he didn't know andthat all he has was upstairs. I'm flad I'm an anger management instructor !
Bugs in the room
Price was good. Location was near tourist areas, room was logos size.
We were of the understanding that we had a suite. The pictures on their site are of the lobby, not the room. We had planned to be able to cook and ended up eating out all week.
It's neat the cost .
The queen bed is so little more like a full.restroom way small n stuff coming out the wall.
It was in a great area, very quite and convenient. The staff was helpful.
The whole place could use a fresh coat of paint and a few upgrades. There's not any furniture by the pool.
For the price we really liked it. Breakfast had a waffle iron where you pour the batter in to make fresh waffles which I thought was cool. Nothing too flashy about the hotel but it was clean, safe and a good price.
Spacious, clean, comfy, decent priced, accommodating, just an all around good hotel. We stayed there when my softball team went to play ball at Big League Dreams in League City and it was good.
FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF.
Breakfast is very basic.No room coffee.There was a fridge & microwave.Room was basic,clean, comfortable
