Located an hour from each major city in Georgia - Columbus, Macon and Atlanta, Thomaston is a well-located small town with a charming feel and we have the perfect location to enjoy all that Thomaston has to offer. We suggest dining at one of the local barbecue or fried catfish restaurants for a taste of the south. The Flint River, Camp Thunder, Sprewell Bluff State Park and the three Mid-Georgia golf courses are main area outdoor attractions. There are several dining options within walking distance of our hotel. We are located in Thomaston on Highway 19 across from Taco Bell. Pet accommodation: $20.00 USD Per Night. Limit for Pet: A maximum of 40 pounds, and 2 pets per room.
We like the location and price. The hotel is decent compared to other hotels in the area.
The room smelled stuffy. The carpet needs cleaning or replace.
Extremely clean outside and in the room.
My preference is to have a hotel room with interior corridors.
The room was affordable, had free wifi and some good stations on the TV. Was near shopping and restaurants.
First staff met was surly and unhelpful. Pool was small and uninviting, especially for this level hotel.
The first room 216 was dirty, asked for clean sheets, they bought us sheets with bed bugs, there was a family reunion so there 30 kids in the small pool and the reunion was allowed to hang out in the parking lot till 1am making noise, hot no rest at all!
Noisy (too close to highway), wireless internet didn't work, staff indifferent. Several things were wrong with the room: phone didn't work, bulb burned out in lamp, mattresses worn out.
Jimmy dean frozen, microwaveable breakfast. (Box was visable next to garbage can), bugs in room, nasty carpet, gross stuff on walls, hair in sink drain, etc. Felt like I needed another shower after I checked out.
The breakfast was pretty good.
First, this is a motel, not a hotel. The room doors open to the outside. The walls of the room were dirty. There were spider webs (huge ones) on the outside of the building, including one outside my room door. I was very disappointed in this place!
Friendliness of people. Hotel clean
Room and bathroom small
very convenient and well maintained.
Could not cut off the dripping tub/shower handle. It really needs fixing. you are losing a lot of money if you have many of these in the hotel.
It was easy to find and get to.
I was in room 102, the sink had a leak and the floor was wet the hole time we were threr. Whin i checked out i told the desk clurk
very old. rooms unkept. rooms were dirty and in bad repair. shower curtain in bathroom coming out of wall. not a 2.5 star by any means. very disappointed. could a 2 star cheaper probably cheaper.
free breakfast, good parking.
The price was great.
The walls were dirty and as we went to close the curtain the night we checked in there was a roach on them.
The room had an odor - I had to buy a candle to mask it.
Smoke filled rooms
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We didn't understand why it wasn't a higher star rated hotel.
Nothing to dislike.
The mattress was absolutely horrible. Felt like you where on a box spring and they said that they where all new. In room coffee maker was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. No sugar, creamer, or stirrers with it anyway.
The staff were very gracious and accommodating The rooms were clean and amenities nice. Extra touches like quality tea and coffee in the room. Nice workout center near the pool. Pet friendly. Everything you could want at a reasonable price
Close to our meeting location Pleasant Valley church, and was pet friendly. Have a decent free breakfast. juices, beverages, prepackaged pastries, egg, sausage, croissant, cereal, waffles...
Nicely redone vanity.
Outdoor entry for all rooms.
It was in Thomaston and that is where I needed to be.
Outside entry but that is all you can get in area.
