The beds were very uncomfortable.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Did not get room requested. ( handicapped)'
the room was clean, bed and linen was clean. overall the cleanliness of the room was okay and there are no complaints about cleanliness.
the bathroom had a smell of urine and the bathtub was stopped up. when I used the shower, the bathtub did not drain. the bathtub was still draining an hour after I showered.
Very friendly and accomadating staff. Clean room and great service.
The breakfast was not adequate. No Protein. Cereals, sugar covered pastries and waffles only. Watered down orange juice and weak coffee.
I arrived at 6 pm to hear they had no reservation for me and were at full capacity. My family and I were forced to search for another pet friendly hotel in the middle of a tornado warning thunderstorm. Good times.
Very nice and clean right across the street from the mall. I would stay there again.? Staff was very hospitable.
i liked it. i drove to thomasville to perform at a 4th of july festival. checked in with friendly, helpful staffer who answered my questions about nearby restaurants. parked right next to door of my room. room was clean and cool (65 degrees!)
i have no complaints. this is a pet-friendly hotel, which i liked. although i was traveling without my pet, i had the pleasure of meeting a couple of cuties there. enjoyed my stay thoroughly. will stay there next time i'm in thomasville.
The people were super nice and extremely helpful.
The room may have been nonsmoking, but it was a smoking room at some point. It reeked. It was a pretty shabby room for $--. The pool was clean and warm, though.
dirty chair in the room I had to put a blanket over it. the food was terrible compared to comparable hotels in the area at the same star level. Expired milk more than once at breakfast. Package food. House keeping was not very good, bathroom was not clean
Super clean room, friendly staff at check-in.
Housekeeper entered the room as I was getting dressed even after I said 'just a moment' when she knocked.
They were accommodating. I think the price was a little high. I could have gone to the Hampton down the street for the same price and it is nicer. But overall I was not disappointed.
Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Reasonable breakfast selection. Would stay here again.
Very slow wifi
