Nothing. The staff was rude and when I got there she informed me my reservation was not any good and my children and I were left with no place to stay at 11:30 at night.
The staff was rude and when I got there she informed me my reservation was not any good and my children and I were left with no place to stay at 11:30 at night. This location looked very dangerous and I felt unsafe getting out of my car.I will never stay at this place again nor recommend it to anyone. I would tell everyone to stay away.
Room was dirty smelled like a bar , bug particals or dirt under mattress could not stay thereBad place to stay looks like a run down place
They do not offer hair dryer. Only one washing machine works and it looks dirty. The white sheet is not white. Also, water cannot go down frequently in the sink. Bad bad experience.
One of the front dest staff was rude. Questionable people staying there that we had to walk by to get to our room and we felt very uncomfortable. It just didn't have a very safe feeling about it. My boyfriend says he wouldn't stay there unless he had a loaded 44 magnum. I was looking for an inexpensive room just for one night close to where I was going to do business and thought this would work until we got there an actually saw the place.
It was very clean and quiet. As soon as I shut the door all the noise outside was completely silent.
Lighting was pretty low - good enough to read in bed but nowhere else in the room.Overall great experience, especially for the price. It's a no frills place with bamboo floors rather than carpet and wooden chairs. Not a place to hang out in comfort but perfectly suited for sleeping, showering, and checking my e-mail which is all I need to do when traveling. Highly recommend for it's cleanliness, staff, and price. There is a restaurant next door, The Village Inn, so if need be, you can eat there by walking. It also takes pets and that's a real plus for some people.
The rooms were updated Ikea Contemporary, not bad.
The noise level of other guests...kids playing in the parking lot with a ball, people sitting outside their rooms etc...I would highly suggest that you pick another area of Denver, especially if your a woman traveling alone. It was a nice room for the price, but the other guests and the area had a ghetto feeling. I would not of felt very safe if I was traveling alone. The gentleman working the front desk was extremely helpful and genuinely nice. He was very concerned when I cancelled my reservation for a second evening. The biggest problem was I felt like a male guest was being creepy and acting kind of stalker-like, and I don't scare easily. I found a super awesome deal on a room for my second night's stay, in Lone Tree, CO, which is greater Denver area. Thank you Priceline!!!
The price was great and the staff was nice and helpful. It was very close to the highway.
