Pros:Thrifty did not have a vehicle available and did not help in finding another location with available cars. Blamed it on the third party supplierCons:They need to honor a pre-paid, or any other, advance reservation. I will never use them again and not sure about ever using a third party on-line booking site like Kayak, priceline, etc...Reviewed May 22 2021

Pros:Nothing.Cons:I made the reservation days in advance and they didn't have a car. They said I could be wait listed for much later in the day. I went to talk with them the day prior to ensure that had a vehicle and they were closed during supposed open hours of operation. I had to alter my plans due to Thrifty not working with the third party reservation. I had not been contacted by Thrifty to say no car available.Reviewed Apr 30 2021

Pros:1. The vehicle we ordered was not available. 2. The Vehicle was not full with fuel. 3. We needed to change the drop-off location and it would cost more than then entire week of rental.Cons:Change fees should not be more than an entire rental for one full week. Pros:Rental location was only 1 block away from our first hotel in Miami Beach, so that was great. We then used the car to drive to the Keys.Cons:Rental agent was very pushy about buying the toll road option.Reviewed Aug 11 2019

Cons:The employee arrived late, after the opening hour. We can't dropoff outside business hours ans there is no free parking on Miami beach, so we had to pay USD$19 for the parkijng (1 night) to bring back the car the morning after... Which makes the overall rental price much higher than expected.Reviewed Jun 19 2017

No car to rentPros:There was nothing to like about this joke of a company.Cons:When I arrived to pick-up my car that morning, there were no cars available at the pick-up location. When I asked the attendant when some would be arriving she made a two minute phone call. She said that none were scheduled to come in that day and I would need to go to the airport to pick-up a car. This was not an option since I did not have a car, nor the time go the 20+ miles to the airport during rush hour to get a car.Reviewed Jul 15 2016
