We are located on 700 feet of private lake front, and guests love our large deck, which spans over the water. Lounge in the sun or shade and watch a parade of slow moving boats glide by, or just take a step into clear Lake Winnisquam. With that said we have both waterfront cottages and rooms available for rent. All are privately owned, all are directly on the water, and all have their own unique touch. Our cottages have been a favorite of guests for many years. They are kept up to the highest of standards, are well maintained, and are much nicer than the chain hotels in the area. We offer to you studio, one bedroom or two bedroom cottages, and two bedroom condos. All cottages are either directly on the water or have lake views. Many have screened porches. We offer a variety of accommodations in this building, separate from the cottages, but also right on the water. Rooms are available with one king bed, king bed with sleeper sofa, queen bed with sleeper sofa and two double beds. Rentals with full kitchens and kitchenettes are also available. These rooms are nicely appointed with desks and chairs, and include private screened porches. They can also be joined for a large family suite. All have premium cable, high speed internet and free local calls.
