Breakfast is served in the stylish Cafe Nicole and will start your day right and the understated elegance of the lobby bar is the perfect setting for a nightcap.
Very clean throughout the entire hotel. Quiet at night. Friendly staff. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Only a 10 minute walk to the Air Canada Centre. Nice workout and pool available for use. The hotel had a parking garage for $35 with in and out access but we parked at the corner public lot for $25 with no in and out access.
The staff was friendly however I felt as if they were understaffed. When checking and out we waited in a bit of a lengthy line. There was also no room service menu in our room and when we called and asked for one they said they were busy and to walk to their in house restaurant and get the menu ourselves. Not a huge deal but not the greatest response.
Affordable and centrally located.
Shady Rooms.... Photos do not represent current room appearance. Needs to be updated.
- Walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment - Staff was very attentive and helpful - Easy access to underground parking
- Rooms were out-dated (carpet, wallpaper, etc) - Parking was $28+tax each night
Great location, great staff at the restaurant/cafe, easy access to parking
Reception staff could've been friendlier, bathroom was a bit dated
Good customer service, friendly staff, great location to restaurants and beautiful architect building.
Excellent location - easily walkable to waterfront, market, Dundas region, arenas, CN tower, and subway
Rooms have been modernized but still relatively small with some older infrastructure
We like staying at the Novotel Toronto Centre as it is central to our places of work and is a nice evening walk from the theatre either on Yonge Street or on King Street.
The room was crisp and clean, we are only in the room to sleep and shower the rest of the time we feel we should be experiencing the city.
It was very close to the ACC which is where we were headed.
We were "??upgraded" apparently, and, because of the "upgrade" we did not get the type of room we wanted.
The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious. It was overlooking the main road, and close to Union station. The breakfast was excelent as a quality and diversity.
I faced some rude staff at Nicole Cafe during my breakfast. They were rude and unfriendly enough to make me complain for the Cafe manager who showed cold and neutral response which I don't care for her, as I wouldn't try to go for that hotel again.
The hotel is well located, and I appreciate the free Wireless.
Bed and Tv were good.
Didn`t find the staff particularly helpful Thay didn`t have the right size of room we had prbooked, and expected i would accept an inferior room, and when i stood my ground managed to find a king room . There was no apology. The internet facility was not working, and they were unwilling to send a message to my family,.Generally not the kind of place i would return to even though rooms were ok.
Very user friendly, excellent service!
The room was big even with 2 queen size beds, with good closet space. The bathroom facilities were excellent.
The hallways carpets are stained and old.
The staff was really nice and helpfull.
Easy access to places that I wanted to visit
The carpet need to be steamed or replaced
