Everything was great. The layout. The 3 restaurants located INSIDE. Several food establishments directly across the street. The location was good for someone who is driving or willing to use Public transportation to get downtown or to the mall. Wi-fi was free. Parking wad not free but was reasonable.
Nothing bad really. Free parking would've been a cherry on an already delicious cake but $12 isn't bad.
Nice lobby. Comfortable bed. Good location.
Bathroom was old and dirty. Ventilation was old and noisy. Elevator noise in room even with inner door closed.
Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.
Wi-Fi should be free.
Good location - nice amenities - good price
The Hotel had not processed my booking and did not have the reservation in place - it took some time to sort it out.
Friendly helpful staff
our room had stains in the carpet and should have been steam cleaned.the check in attendant did not register our car or tell us there was a $11 parking charge
Very bad housekeeping and front desk services. They are not trained. Definitely not a 5 star hotel standard. No ventilation in the bathroom sucks.
the front desk man screwed up my reservation and had me coming back and forth from my room to the desk to fix it, at one point i had to bring my lap tap down to proove he had screwed up. the room he then gave me was next to an elevator, everytime is rang i woke up which was about every 5 minutes. the room air conditioning only went down to 15 degrees celsious, thats just cheap.
