The restroom doors are AWFUL! They do not fully close and do not confine any odors or sounds.
Location is great. Next to the subway. Rooms were good, cleaned everyday. Wifi worked pretty well.
Room was a bit small to my liking and mini fridge wasnt working. Bathroom definitely needs a fan it gets stuffy quickly.
Great location and connected to the subway. Room was cleaned everyday to perfection. Staff very friendly.
The room smelled as though some one had smoked in it prior to me being in. I am allergic to smoke and had to take allergy pills. There was a fire alarm Tuesday night and as we were going down the stairwell I noticed cigarette butts. Also the WIFI was not good, very weak and therefore system was slow, hard to do work. Room looked slightly tired, chair in corner was worn and stained.
Good price and cleanliness.
"Lazy" staff in restaurant, no late night room service.
The decor. Proximity of the hotel to where I was going during my stay. Friendliness of the restaurant and great service.
We did not spend a great deal of time in the room so cannot speak to anything else.
Perfect location for business. The staff couldn't be more helpful, especially with early check-in and late check-out.
The cost of parking per day was expensive and the wifi also didn't always work.
So confy and the location is perfect and I want to thank the house keeping they r so great
All the ladies of the reception were so unfriendly
It would be nice to get a smile from your staff
they told me i booked for a king bed, however I booked for 2 dble beds, and front desk made me feel as if I was lying
Nothing in particular
They booked a king size bed room instead of a 2 beds room. The staff is poorly trained and always gave wrong information
