I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness in my rental. It did not look like my rental vehicle was even cleaned or sanitized. I expected more from Enterprise rental especially with the covid-19 pandemic. I made sure to document with pictures all my dissatisfactions and was tempted to let the staff know of them at my drop-off point, but I am truly not one of those consumers, In all honestly this is my first review ever, but Like I said I was disappointed in the initial presentation of my vehicle at my pick-up point.5.2 Fair

The pickup was a disaster and took over 30 minutes because of tablet issues. The car was on EMPTY when I picked it up. The stereo didnt work well, the sound got distorted when you turned it up.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The car was not very good, we had to trade it in, getting to the rental place was quite a hassle from the airport and it closed at 4 PM as our flight arrive to 4 PM costing me another day of rental from another companyHertz
