Clean comfortable rooms and great staff
No. Everything was great.Great place to stay
Beautiful lobby area, easy and ample parking, nice staffIt's hard to say if this hotel met my expectations or not, because I lived in Tucson for years and was very familiar with this hotel, so I knew what I was getting into when I purchased it. Good rate for a busy weekend though, so I thought it was worth a chance. We did not use most of the amenities - no breakfast, no pool, no shuttle, no fitness center - so I can't comment on those. We used the business center, which was actually very nice. It was a separate room off the lobby with four computers and a networked printer. There was also a scanner/copier/fax that I ended up using to scan a document. I couldn't figure this out at first, and the staff didn't know (I really appreciated that he was honest and didn't waste my time) but was able to figure it out after a few minutes, so it was nice being saved the trip to Kinkos. The room was what I would expect from any older property from the brand. Clean, comfortabl...
room was very nic, clean and neat
the guest service person who checked us i n was cold and he let us know he thought we got the room to cheap and then I had to ask about the morning and if coffee would be available; He then said NO for the price you paid you can eat in the food courtcontd from above he then said breakfast would cost 5 or 6 dollars we stayed for the breakfast and for 2 people it cost xxx with tax to just go thru the buffet.
Decent Location. Nice size rooms.
There were dogs everywhere and they were loud.Staff was very friendly and the location worked for us. The check in time was too long. Pets are allowed and they are very noisy. The elevators were in poor condition and very slow.
the gardens! patio and pool its pretty. the beds are good, comfortable
dont have a refribar in room and the toilet dont works good
maintenance and cleaning badIt`s a very old hotel, no maintenance, does not meet the 3 stars
The room was nice & clean.
Only one elevator working due to construction.Great room for the cost.
Location; friendly and efficient check-in staff
I stay here usually once per month without any problems. This time there was no creamer packages for the in room coffee and the temperature of the water for shower was very difficult to set. One elevator of two was out so elevator service was slow.It is a good value in my opinion.
Room was nice and upto date.
Price was great, but it did not include the breakfest as indicated on the exress deal.
the pool and sauna
The beds were too hard and the doors in and out of the building did not all open with our door key.A great value thanks to the Priceline Negotiator.
