The location is good and the price was the best in town
I don't like the fact that you have to go upstairs just to get to the first level and push through double doors they should be open it's very inconvenient when you're dragging your luggage
Room was clean. Beautiful pool and game area. But Park Inn Never offered to accommodate us with Handicapped person. All Public buildings are required to accommodate Handicapped individuals.
The site says Handicapped Accessible. NO IT ISNT. My wife is Handicapped. We had to struggle to get her Up the stairs to 2 nd floor. NO ELEVATOR. ALSO we had to struggle to get her all way down hallway make a turn and go some more. We will NEVER STAY aga
room was very clean , the staff ver helpful
difficulty on access
The room was clean
Very noisy with playroom below and the pool no outside window
Nice pool, sauna, pool table, table tennis all around great.
Dryers did not get hot enough. Makes you spend more money to dry.
Perfect thank you so much.
back security door did not lock and the halls could have been cleaner.
No one at front desk all the time.
The activities are a huge plus when traveling with kiddos. The little ones really loved the indoor playground.
The hotel is undergoing renovation- it is definitely dated, but the price was right for our stay.
Nice tropical feel in the pool/restaurant area. Resort feel inside.
Hotel was undergoing renovations, and front desk person didn't seem very familiar with hotel. Sent us on a wild goose chase to find our room when it was in reality very close by.Not a big deal...everyone has a learning period.
The location was good based on our needs
The hotel was old and in need of repair. Ceiling falling in hallways, old beds that you roll into the middle, old, dirty carpets, just not a good experience.
There was more control in the pool are kids were not using the hot and were not running around yelling
Location pool cheap room service and pretty good
The lobby was nice, the front desk people were friendly and helpfull, and there were plenty of grassy places to walk my dog. The room had a fridge and microwave.
The hallway is straight out of The Shining. The room is very dated, kind of dingy in the corners of the bathroom, but otherwise clean. I was given the handicap room, in an otherwise pretty empty hotel, which is annoying because I'm over six feet tall an
Room was too close to pool
Stairs and hallways needed cleaning and painted.
Honestly, nothing. The best thing I can say is that there is no road noise from the back of the hotel.
Where to start? I think there was mold in the AC, the mattress was sunken in, the room and the hotel were gross. The walls in the hallway were grey and black.I had a difficult time sleeping for fear of bedbugs. Sorry, but this place was gross.
We were pleasantly surprised to find we had two doors one led out to the pool side the other to the corridor. All activities were inside, we played pool and ping pong, nice because it was raining:)
No complementary breakfast
Public areas nice and new.
Rooms and hallways need updating.
My room was not the size i was informed it would be. False advertisement.
I liked the location of the hotel and the amenities.
This place was filthy I took multiple pics of neglect and filth.
I didn't like the 100 cigarette butts on the ground and the smell by the entrance door when we walked in.
The ping pong table
How terribly dated everything is
The room was surprising quiet
This is not a 3 star hotel. It's a very old Holiday Inn that was bought within the last 30 days. The place is dirty. The carpets, halls, stairways, walls, entrances & parking lots are horrible. Some of the entrances are currently under construction.
There is a nice big area by the pool to meet if you have a large group. Staff was friendly.
Stayed here five nights. Two of those days my room was not cleaned, not given towels, coffee, bathroom supplies, and garbage not taken out.
The service and staff were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very neat and tidy. The set up of the room was perfect.
The decor was not very attractive and the hotel needs serious renovations and updates to meet the expectation level of a 3 star hotel. The heat was not adjustable and it stayed extremely warm in our room. No fan or air to control. The hotel is worn.
The lounge / restaurant was great.
The hotel was older and needed some updates.
Dead fly on the desk, other bug crawling on the dresser. Other than that was decent room. Bed VERY uncomfortable.
location and amenities are as avertized
The section of the hotel in which we were lodged did not have heating connected to the room. Temperature in room never rose above 64 degrees; complaint was made no offer was tendered to relocate to heated room; two additional blankets were provided
Pool and indoor playground was great for the kids. General location to Route 40, Route 119 and 43 and 51 was very good.
I loved the location, the general cleanliness and the staff were so very helpful.
As soon as I walked into the room, there was a BLAST of cigarette smoke. I asked the housekeeping staff for some spray to get rid of the smell. She quickly brought me a spray can, and told me I could keep it. But it honestly didn't help with the smell.
Nice pool and indoor play area for the kids.
We accidentally left my sons' swim trunks hanging in the bathroom in our room when we left. Housekeeping must have thrown them away or taken them, as they were not in the lost and found when we called to check on them.
