I like that they are friendly helpful and very patient with the customers. Also if they don’t have what your looking for they upgrade you for free.Cons:
The only thing I was not to happy about was the nice upgrade they gave us was not so clean. There was sand from the last users inside all over. However the reason for our upgrade was because our car needed to be cleaned.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I loved everything about our rental except that the previous renter may have been a smoker that the interior smelled of cigarettes. When I vacuumed the car before returning, I even found a marlboro. Other than that, the car ran perfectly for our trip to Tahoe and saved so much gas that we didn't have to pump once except to refill for the return to Avis. There were absolutely no problems and would rent from here again.Cons:
