the filth and smellNo REFUND FOR DEALING WITH NOISE AND FILTH!
I got bed bug bite for 10 times on my arm, shoulder, neck and hip. I have big problem on it and itch and illness.Worst motel because of bed bugs.
Friendly stuff, relatively low price, fridge and microwave in the room
No breakfast, coffee in locked Office (you have to call workers to come in), broken microwave (1/3 sensors didn't work), old bathroom, smell in the roomIt's Ok for overnight stop, but don't expect much
There was a very nice older spanish/white women that greeted me upon my arrival and was very helpful finding the remote to the 80's type TV they had in the rooms. The rest of the Indian staff could'nt even speak English and young girl in office was rude.
This hotel is absolutely disguising. It is old, dirty and not well maintained. The TV are from the 80's. The towels are old and worn, and the beds feel like bricks. Although it was quite most nights, the people who stay here seem as if this is their homeThe only reason any one should stay here is if they just need a quick over night stay at a cheap price...otherwise keep moving. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET, trust me
the night staff that checked me in was great.
i did not like the attitude of the morning front desk clerk.i was switched rooms and was switched to a room that had a foul odor, hole in the wall, and ripped carpet.so i checked out. and there was no complimentary breakfast as advertised.
The staff. The marble was a nice touch.
Needed an extra blanket. I forgot shampoo in room, but did not get a call to tell me that. Freeway noise is loud. Blackout curtains do not block all light. This is a good place to stay if you are looking for an affordable and reasonably clean, comfortable place. If you are a light sleeper, beware of the nearby freeway and be prepared to hang some towels at the edge of the drapes to black the gap in the blackout curtains for the exterior lighting. On the plus side, the staff are very helpful, and the room had some recent updates. If it were not so close to a freeway noise, I would give it a ringing endorsement.
The staff was polite enough. It was close to my destination for the next day. That's all.
They did not or would not answer their phone despite numerous tries before I arrived. The neighborhood was really bad and being next to the freeway was really noisy. The other guests scared me - I know that's not the hotel's fault. see review.I needed a room for one night near San Francisco that wasn't outrageously priced. After booking with Priceline, I tried numerous times before I left home and while on my way there to contact them by phone to make sure they even existed and to tell them about what time I would arrive. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. The surrounding neighborhood was really bad. The freeway was noisy. The room was somewhat ok, but I didn't feel welcome there. The amenities were bare bones minimum. The microwave was stacked on top of the fridge and both were unplugged, shoved into a dark corner and hanging open haphazardly. I felt like I...
The staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed talking with them.
It was a little noisy since it was right next to the highway, but the staff was very helpful. They added extra weatherstripping to the door frame to help reduce the noise.I enjoyed my stay very much.
Nothing, I was terrified the whole nite and I couldn't sleep.
It was so scary, there were loud people outside all nite. I didn't get a wink of sleep at all. There were all these strange creepy looking people there. I finally gave up and got up to leave and there was a strange guy with a funnel connected to a longIt is not a two star hotel at all. It is barely even a one star motel. It is really scary there. Do not be led in by the cheap price. Your life and peace of mind is worth the extra money. There were loud people outside and a guy trying to siphon gas from my rental car.
