I've stayed there before and they also have a breakfast.
No. I did have one problem. It seems like you messed up my reservation and had me coming in on the wrong day. The hotel was very accommodating in fixing it.
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was supportive. The room was a bit small. The hotel provided a shuttle to the train station, which was deeply appreciated.
No, it was a good experience
It's easy access to downtown, amtrak.
The breakfast was limited, but great to have.
Laura at the front desk greeted us with a smile..very pleasant...updated room was wonderful...breakkfast was very nice...
They would not upgrade the room because its company policy even though priceline said it was okay. They could not get a hold of a manager after hours.Poor, staff is idiots and I reserve rooms for all my agents there, but I will never do it again. Please choose another hotel, not only are they unprofessional but they cant get a hold of a manger when needed. Worst experience of my life.
Too hot.We were very disappointed that the air conditioning in our room had not been turned on even though we had made a reservation. It was very hot and it took over an hour to cool down. The same thing happened the next morning when we went to have breakfast. The room was uncomfortably hot and far too small for the number of people who were attempting to eat.
Just across the I-5 bridge from Portland, close to dining options and a movie theater. The place is clean and staff was helpful.
The breakfast room is a little to small and can get crowded.
I was very appreciative that the staff pointed out what to do in the area, especially the trip to the Columbia River to see the dam and falls. It took 4 hours but it was worth it.
this hotel was very easy to get to and every one was very nice.
It wasn't in the greatest part of town but the hotel def made up for it. Its not like you wondered if your car was gonna get stolen but it was def in an old part of town but def 2.5 star not 2 star every one was very nice and breakfast was best I have hadOverall great experience would def stay here again everyone was very nice and breakfast was way better than what I could get at dennys and even better it was free. Everyone was very nice and for an older hotel it was very well maintained and walls of hotel weren't paper thin.
