Booked 2 double beds and was bumped to a single double bed for 2 guys. Not cool. Charged me an extra 20$ for a cot.
I liked the location as it was walking distance to all I wanted to see and do. The motel was quaint and older but with charm.
There were loud street bums and partiers out our window. Bummer of a night. Stay on the north side of the hotel!
Great price and proximity to everything
Better coffee in rooms
Great location for a place to stay after a concert. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Cheap.
Terrible view. Got comfortable with neighbour in hotel across alley. The perfume smell off the elevator was horrible. What are they hiding?
Nickel and dimed, very slow internet, pay for parking, small room, no facilities. The motel we stayed at for 60$ a night was better in every way.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
staff not so friendly. front desk
It was nothing fancy, but I found my room to be clean and effective for my one night stay. Granville is a major city strip, so the hotel is not even a block from clubs, bars and restaraunts, which is awesome. It also means less than a block from XXX adult stores, strip joints and a large homeless population.
No real complaints. The homeless in the area were polite. It's not an area of town I would tell my parents to target for spending the night.
The staff was very very nice and helpful
It needed some up grades done in are room
Dirty bathroom, noisy neighbours.
Parking was 'full' even though we checked in early. This was very inconvenient because it was New Years Eve and parking in downtown Vancouver was very expensive and not safe (info given to us at check in). Our power went out -no lights, heat or outlets worked but the TV still worked somehow. We were told we could move to another room but it was difficult to pack in the pitch black. The power was out for about 7 hours. The bathroom sink was completely clogged on arrival, after an hour or so this was fixed. We booked a room for 'two adults' and were given a room with one double bed. I put in formal feedback on the hotel's website regarding the above issues a week ago and still have not heard back.
