The hotel architecture.
The content and the review (refilling) of the minibar.
The hotel is situated close to the beach, not in the center of the resort so it is quiet and it has an excellent sea view. The food is very good and diversified at the restaurant, and the price is cheap.
There would be necessary improvements to the furniture in the room and the bathroom. TV in is too small for the size of the room.
The hotel is next to a quite part of the beach in a peaceful position, but it's far from the part of Sunny Beach where are located most nightspots, discos etc (about 1.5-2 Km), so I recommend it for families.
The room cleaning wasn't good, especially in the bathroom. The rooms have big windows, but no shutter, so you aren't able to sleep in the morning cause the sunlight, especially for the rooms with sea view (east).
close to the beach, sea view room, staff is friendly
not very close to transportation facilities
Try to stay on the lower floors, as the glass ceiling makes the upper floor rooms quite hot, and the questionable ACs don't help. Toast all the bread at breakfast, as all of it is a few days old. Drink and eat dinner elsewhere, as their bar and cafe prices are jacked up, seemingly to compensate for plunging room rates.
