Both keys linked together with a strong wire cable. This meant that if one key was lost or locked in car,both were lost or locked in. Quite worrying. Had to go to hardware store and have cable cut.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
I think I was upgraded to a full size vehicle (Ford Taurus) from the compact car I originally requested, without any additional cost. I appreciate how Enterprise has a key drop off for after hour drop offs. I've rented from this Enterprise several times and have never had an issue.Cons:
