Pick up process was slower than expected. Car had stale smoke smell which wasn’t obvious when we picked it up because they had drowned it in a sickening sweet air freshener. Soon as that wore off, the smoke smell was there.10.0 Wonderful

Never got a car, so nothing to like.Cons:
I was sent to a pick up location that had been closed for years. Had to travel 10 miles to another location, then told I wasn’t in their system so no car available. Thank goodness Budget was right next door.10.0 Wonderful

The car itself was nice and drove well.Cons:
I selected the Lakeland Dr office on the map and completed the reservation process. Unfortunately, I did not read the confirmation. Went to pick up the car at the Lakeland Dr and they did not have reserv. The reserv was at a site 20 min away, which was not on map when I selected!2.0 Poor

Car was so low end did not have side mirror adjustment inside car. had to stop along highway to manually try to set the mirrors. not so bad on the driver side, but a real p[ain and not very safe on the passender side (without a passenger to help.Good to know
