Pros:The price was good, but the accommodations are not amazing.
Cons:I wish there had been daily housekeeping and the fast internet was free. The breakfast wasn't great, but that is to be expected in a place like this.

Pros:I really wanted to be able to give an excellent view for this hotel because I thought the customer service was outstanding for the type of hotel it is. I don't know why, but typically when you pay less money the customer service goes down and it doesn't really make any sense to me. There were two issues that prevent me from giving great source of this hotel. First, I couldn't get a washcloth to say my life at this place. I asked for washcloths every day and if I got one I was lucky. When I said I needed more washcloths they might give me one or say they were there were no more washcloths. I pay 10 extra dollars for service and left a seven dollar tip for the housekeeper and a note on the bed saying I need more washcloths underlined, and they didn't leave me any! It was unbelievable and I can't believe that management is making The staff horde their washcloths and either give good customer service or run out of washcloths. And apparently the staff has decided to skimp on customer service and hold onto their washcloths so they have enough to leave one pathetic old washcloth in the clean rooms. Sorry I don't have time to edit this post. Please excuse typos. But great job on the consistently friendly and helpful customer service from the front desk regarding everything except for distribution of washcloths.

Pros:Staff was very nice and accommodating. Showed up several hours early and got me a room right away.
Cons:Hallway had a funky odor to it but everywhere else was fine.
