Speed of getting to the vehicle Free upgrade to mid size becuase they were out of compact- (had better gas mileage than my compact)Cons:

Cons:
You told me to pick up my car at 12:00 well they closed at twelve so when i got there at 12:15 i was unable to get a car and they werent open on sunday so i had to wait till monday for a car by wich time they were out of compacts so i had to spend a bunch more money on a midsize.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pickup and drop off were super easy!Cons:
A larger selection of cars. It wasn't what expected but it wasn't bad either! The car smelt of cigarettes even though it had no smoking signs on it.10.0 Wonderful

Pick up and drop off was easy. Employees were great.Cons:
Car was older (40k miles). Broken tail light which I had to take in to get fixed. Tire pressure was wrong so I had to inflate at a gas station. Wiper blades were worn so it was hard to see during rain. Seat belt sensor was broken so it went off a lot even though belt was fastened. All little things but things I rent a car to avoid.6.0 Okay
