Great breakfast and nice pool! Staff were nice too.
employees very friendly and courteous
Everything and everyone was fantastic!!!! Great customer service!!!
Hotel employee was the woman who made us feel at home every morning at breakfast. She was meticulous in every way.
Hotel was clean. Staff was great! I forgot several items and they happily helped me out.
The hotel is a very good value. We had a king-size bed, which was great; and a bathroom equipped for a guest who might be physically handicapped or elderly. We liked the size of the bathroom - but them the rest of the room was small.
Room could have been cleaned better on 3 of the 5 night stay. Admittedly, the hotel was full and busy, but our room, after being cleaned, did not have everything even put back in place(lamp moved back in place, etc.) Had to request coffee at front desk
Easy access to town
Remodeling effort didn't look up to par, hole in the shower, shower heads were weird. I was surprised for a Hampton Inn.
Clean, remodeled, linens clean after every guest, quiet
Temporary construction workers all over, dust on our truck, could hear toilet flushing upstairs
Anticipated needs and met them with a smile. Hampton Inn knows the hotel business very well!
Location is perfect. Breakfast is excellent. Bedding is wonderful.
There is a deodorizer they are using in the room that is overwhelming.
The king sized bed was comfortable.
On priceline, I paid for a king suite with a whirlpool in the room. This hotel did not have any rooms with a whirlpool, period. Why does priceline offer this booking when it is not even available!?!? Please provide a refund for the cost difference.
Very accommodating for all of our family.
Thought we were getting a suite with a separate bedroom for our toddler. When we asked about it, we were told they didn't have rooms like that which they did because my aunt had one. Whirlpool in room did not work. We were doubly charged.
I normally stay at Hilton properties and have had great experiences at Hampton Inn (Baltimore Inner Harbor at Camden Yards...great Hampton Inn) but this place was a total dump. The hallways smelled, the elevator was filthy, the furniture was old and felt sticky, the mini-fridge smelled and was dirty. I left and went to the Candlewood Suites next door for the same price.
The main lobby was going under extensive repairs which we were not made aware of. My family made reservations and arrived very late and were not able to get the accommodations they had requested. The hallways were not air conditioned, the beds very lumpy and uncomfortable. 'Hot' breakfast meant microwaved meals. The pool area ran out of towels. Half the vending machines did not work properly. The staff was very friendly, but I don't think they were on top of things.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and have been very pleased. We left a phone charger in the room and it was turned in and is being mailed to us. The some of the staff remember us and always stop to say hello. We feel very comfortable during our stay.
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Stayed here and at the Sleep Inn a few blocks down on successive trips. Given a choice I would stay here, due to the softer beds, and free 'breakfast.' Otherwise properties are pretty similar.
Good place to stay with hot breakfast and breakfast to go
