I liked everything about the hotel: beautiful lobby, nice room, comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, nice towels. Breakfast was fine.
One of the two elevators was not working and apparently it has been a problem for awhile. Should get fixed.
Clean and quiet
Trouble with door lock and passkeys
The staff is very friendly.
We had a luxury suite. It was very large (good), yet very dated. I don't think it has been updated since at least the early 90s.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Little cell phone coverage in hotel.
The breakfast was great every morning. I enjoyed having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
It looked nice from the outside
Hole in the wall(behind the nightstand) had never been repaired-was wondering what creepy thing would enter my room. The breakfast staff person watched me as I got my food which really made me feel uncomfotable-food was dry and the sausage was spoiled!!
The staff made us feel welcome.
Tough to get through the lobby doors with luggage.
Great location, great place to stay, really good breakfast.
Phones are not working, Breakfast is not even average.
Check-in was very easy. The room was cozy and quiet.
The complimentary breakfast wasn't very good. While eating the 'scrambled eggs' I had flashbacks to Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego's 'scrambled eggs'.
The lobby was lovely a nice warm, inviting fireplace, friendly front desk staff. A great varied breakfast selection.
Staff were friendly, but the breakfast staff were unprofessional. Two ladies talking loudly about problems with ordering. One lady made mention of of a $tip she recieved, but then spoke poorly of the majority of her customers. Just was unprofessional.
low price. free breakfast.
It smelled weird. The room had been mostly redecorated except for the country blue bathroom tiles. Hallways were dirty and wallpaper was old and grubby. The doors and trim need to be painted. Sadly, the outdoor hot tub was filled in with concrete.
The service and rooms were wonderful.
The smoke alarm in our room was dangling and when the bathroom steam hit it, it went off.
The room are always clean and neat
Yes the gentleman at the front desk seemed very aggravated. He is rude every time I check in early.
Wonderful room and very clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options.
Breakfast is great and it's close by
Price I stay there often and like the hotel just not how long to check in aand the price
This Comfort Inn's the perfect location for our stay in the Warsaw area.
No complaints about anything. I would definitely stay here again.
Mattress was comfortable & breakfast was good!
Pillows were too thick.
Very helpful and friendly staff; breakfast was good
No hot tub anymore
staff was great
The hot breakfast was a waste. Very poor. Many screaming kids. Had my room changed.
Location was key.
Parking was difficult, there were several vehicles with trailers which made parking difficult.
elevator breakfast coffee
yes the saturday morning breakfast girl(very rude)
Cleanliness of the room and public areas, breakfast and the price. Large bathroom.
the beds were horrible.
Have stayed here before... it's clean and pretty quiet for the most part. The bed is average (I recommend bringing your own pillows), had nice flat screen too. Shower leaves alot to be desired, very slender and not a great shower head on it. Overall, a good place to stay for a night and a much cheaper alternative when visiting for ND games.
The room was clean and the bathroom was super-clean. Staff were very friendly. The beds were not the most comfortable we've ever slept on. Price was reasonable but not a great deal. Overall, a good value.
This hotel was very inviting and clean. Nice staff also.
EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, ONLY COMPLAINTS I HAD WERE THEY HAD OTIS SPUNKMEIR COOKIES WHEN WE CHECKED IN AND WE STAYED 2 DAYS BUT WERE TOLD THEY WERENT MAKING ANYMORE BECAUSE THERE WAS TOO MANY KIDS RUNNING AROUND BECAUSE OF A BIRTHDAY PARTY, NOT MY FAULT. ALSO IT SAID WHEN WE BOOKED OUR ROOM THAT THERE WAS A HOT TUB, ITS ONLY OPEN DURING WARMER WEATHER... OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS AN ALRIGHT DEAL. THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD WAFFLES AND BISCUTS AND GRAVY...
Hotel provided what they said they would. No complaints.
As a former Chief Engineer at a 4-Diamond hotel I rate this facility average to poor. Ice Machines did not work carpet was being installed with no cleanup the place was dirty but Front Desk Service was great.
