The room was nice and clean
The staff was rude and unhelpful
super clean, quiet and had a good breakfast
not the warmest blankets
They had up graded us to a room with a juquise, very suprised and unexpected. They had a excellent hot breakfast. This motel should be rated at least 3 and a half stars. The room service was great.
There was nothing I did not like
The lounge on the 3rd floor was great.
When I checked in, they did not put me in a suite like I paid for. They said there were no more suites (I had already pre-paid for a suite). The difference in cost was significant as compared to a standard 2 queen bed room. Very dissatisfied.
Wonderfully comfortable king-size bed.
I asked for a quiet room and was put in 206 which has neighbors above, below, across and beside. The neighbors across the hall and beside us were together and we're the neighbors from Hell! Nothing was done about it.
Room 304 was nice and big.
Kids running up and down the hall, the doors slam too hard! It's so loud. Bed was hard. I would like a real blanket not the thin, tiny throw that is on the foot of the bed
The room was nice and big, bed comfortable with huge pillows. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food to choose from.
Hair in the shower. Very disgusting. This one thing would cause me not to come here again.
It was clean and roomy.
Elevator was very slow. Our toilet didn't flush easily. I reported it.
We had stayed here before so it was just what we expected. We liked the continental breakfast and the place to converse with others.
They are always so friendly
Yes the room key didn't work when i went to check in. It was the pits. Tired three different keys and none of them worked, finally left.
5 minutes from my son's house. The breakfast was wonderful. the staff was great.
Breakfast bar is a definite plus.
We stayed 4 days and they missed making up our room on one. When it was reported, there was no apology, just that they'd inform housekeeping.
Staff was great. Changed our room when we could smell smoke. No problem for them.
The staff was very friendly and helpful
The main doors to the hotel were not handicap acceptable. Would have been nice to have a handicap button to push or have sliding doors.
Breakfast was great
Staff called us at 12:15 am to ask us a question. The air conditioner also didn't work.
the room was quite nice
I don't expect a lot from the type of breakfast that was offered, but this one was below average
HOT WATER NOT HOT ENOUGH ON SUNDAY HAD THE DESK CLERK WORKING BOTH THE BREAKFAST AREA AND THE FRONT DESK HAD TO WAIT OVER 30 MINUTES FOR EGGS,SAUSAGE AND GRAVY AT 9:00 AM KNOW IT IS FREE BUT SHOULD HAVE TWO PEOPLE WORKING
The service from the courtesy desk.
For one night my wife and my 2 kids all had to sleep in one bed. There was only one king size bed. I don't believe this was the hotel fault, but Priceline for not setting the correct needs for our family. I also believe I should be entitled a refund.
The location is great. The bed was comfortable. The cinnamon rolls for breakfast were delicious.
The lobby smelled like sewage. The utility room door was always open and the smell was offensive. The pool was tiny. The staff was not helpful, especially when requesting a different room. We were flat out denied because we 'book through Priceline'.
the hotel in its self was nice i found out i paid more for the hotel threw priceline then if i would of just booked it on my own.
using priceline i over paid big time with priceline not happy
not much of anything, but the people were friendly
the workout room was terrible, 3 machines, not weights and very small room. I had to go to an Anytime Fitness up the road.
There was a problem with the reservation & it was a pain calling priceline & going down to the desk & on & on. Everyone did get it resolved
