The location was good for meeting relatives who live in the nearby area. The small fridge and the microwave were a plus in the room.
We were there for three weeks. We only asked to have the sheets changed twice and they changed them only once. While most of the maids were pleasant and customer oriented, the maid that provided our service the majority of the time was neither.
Location to the finger lakes region was very good. It was a quiet room area which I appreciated and the temperature was nice and cool in the room.
Cleanness was bad. The room was old and dingy. I would never have taken my shoes off in the room because the carpet was so old. We got a room which two full beds, which would have been my last choice. i feel they have is low priority because we used price
The Bouys Lounge. My wife drink had two dead flies in it. We will not go back again. Also a number of bugs were in our room on walls and in bath room.
The housekeepers were very friendly even at 8 a.m., always saying good morning or hello.
I thought the bathroom was outdated and needed attention
WiFi Had to log in everytime I turned on my device within the same day or hour.
We didn't like the fact that the sheets had not been changed upon our reservation. We did not discover this until our last night there. There was dog hair and some black fuzz on the bottom sheet. Also, the bed wasn't made up neatly.
hot tub, pool, bed and bedding were the best we had on our honeymoon!!! Especially the bedding; pillow, mattress and that super down filled comforter!
Clean rooms, nice pool
The first morning on a Sunday had hot n cold big breakfast free, Monday morning had no hot food and crappy Danish because the said they had under 80 guests . Didn't seem right .
The amenities, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.
The room keys are only programmed for 2 days. After 2 days you need to go back to the front desk to get them adjusted if you are staying longer then 2 days. Small inconvenience
Size of room
Additional taxes on the bill
Location is good, next to Walmart.
The heating system is horrible, so noisy.
Bathroom is not clean. Lots of hire is in the bathtubs ! Bathroom fun noise is never stop! Make us hard to sleep.
Location & Cleanliness
Noise in hallway - in room right next to elevator
Don't like that we don't get a choice of room we want
The fresh great tasting coffee available at all times
I am a vegetarian and breakfast bar was limited.
Location to wineries and outlets.
Beds were very small, only full size. Only and outdoor pool. Cleaning and/or laundry detergent had a smell that was strong.
Convenient location for outlet and lakes.
Dirty carpet, dirty swimming pool.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The pool was great. The tennis court looked really nice. The hot tub and workout area was great. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. WIFI worked great.
Free breakfast was the only thing missing. It didn't matter to us anyway. The hot tub was nice, but maybe too hot.
getting a bit old, but they seem to make the best of it
Close to premium outlets
Very musty odor in the hotel and rooms. Hotel needs upgrading. We were told that breakfast was not included in the hotel rate that we got.
overall service is good. I can't say much about it Because i-I stayed only one night.the rooms are very clean.
As expected for the price
We were never asked about number of beds. Were surprised to be given a room with 2 double beds
Close to Outlet mall Walking distance to two fast food outlets, and Walmart.
Hotel room is dated and worn out.
The room was large and bed was comfortable.
There was a noisy convention of NRA supporters. They were roaming noisily in the hallway both nights.
The hotel was clearly aging, and the hot water didn't work when we arrived - we've been in much nicer hotels for the price (xxx/night)
it was available
they tripled the rate because the PGA golf tournament was nearby
Close location to outlet for late night shopping.
Room needs carpet upgrade. Mattress too soft.
It was in major need of cleaning and updating for the price.
This hotel was located closely to the Waterloo outlets, which was the reason for our travel.
Our entire experience at this hotel was a bust. Bottom line: the cost compared to what was received were WAY off. Definitely not a 3 star hotel based on our room.
Clean, comfortable beds.
Broken toilet, broken bathroom door that locks you in even when it is not locked, next to stinky landfill sight, on site restaurant was gross and jacuzzi was out of order.
