Shower didn't drain, poor Web connection, dated,
The pool was really nice
Our toilet was not clean at all
Hotel could use some updates regarding maintenance issues.
No complimentary breakfast
Location, friendly staff, nice pool area.
Only thing going for it is it is close to off ramp and easy to find.
When looking at hotels it might be similar to it is compared to a Best Western or Holiday Inn - not even close. Very dated with no extras that you find in many 2 star hotels such as extra plugs, media ports or free breakfast
everything...........this is not a 2.5 to 3.0 star hotel..........it's old, dated, smelly, broken down
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, balcony was a plus and the staff were beyond friendly and accomodating
We were really looking forward to the pool and whirlpool, I even left an event I was drawing caricatures at early so we could swim. The pool was HOT, hot water was piped in through the jets. Whirlpool was cooler than lukewarm. Shower in room too hot!
It was in a good location. Had a very nice pool/garden area. two sinks
no continental breakfast. no soap at the second sink. no microwave. carpet was not all that clean.
Need a update
door locks on sliding door didn't work
Receptionist was very helpful
Wifi did not connect in my room. Had to sit in lobby to access wifi. Something leaking had entire carpet area by door soggy.
Pool was big. Desk clerk was kind enough to meet us with ice when ice machine was broken.
Did not feel safe. While doors indicated you needed a key to get in from the outside, they were all broken. Lock on room's sliding glass door was broken. Wifi did not work, despite a reset of the router. Rusted and worn down shower. Spa closed for repair
Lock fell off the door when I opened it. The lights didn't work. The exterior doors which should need a key card to open were either duct-taped open or were held open with chairs. Also the pool was being renovated, so - no pool. Rooms were rundown.
Quick and easy check in and clean room
Key card reader didn't work right away but it would open after a couple swipes
The beds were comfortable for what I paid for the room.
The whole hotel could use a little upgrade. The bathroom was a little outdated, but it was what I expected for the price.
Tread Mill in excerise room -belt slipsTv's in excerise room don't workHeat/Air in room -Off switch does not workHotel hasn't been renovated in years.
the location to the ski area.
Did not offer any kind of breakfast or coffee bar (only in room coffee makers). There was a restaurant but did not offer any discount to hotel guests.. room heating did not work well, Hallways were freezing!!! Free Wifi was terrible.
Could have been cleaner. Least nice LaQ we have stayed at
They have recently replaced the carpet and some other tings in the room I stayed in.
They still have the old style bedding and the TVs are picture tubes, if they were to update those things, that would make a big difference in the overall feeling when staying there.
Nice welcome by receptionist. Lots of room in our room.
Heater in bathroom did not work, room was cold in the morning.Very thin blanket on bed that was tucked in 'low' that it did not come up high enough to cover us. Parking lot mostly empty, but was not plowed. Had to trek through snow to get to our entry
The food is great
It was fine
Noisy due to old patio doors. Could hear noise all night.
Location, location, location. It was perfect---I needed to stay at a hotel directly off Hwy 51 and next to Hwy 29.
Outdated carpeting, stained furniture, layout of facility.
Easy to find off the interstate.
Old, holes in the blankets, dark rooms. Pool was closed for repair.
No working televisions on the property, very disappointing hotel and services! !
