The car was not in great condition. I had to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes to receive my car because they were slow and the car was not washed. The car was running well. Upon return we waiting over 20 minutes then handed the keys to them because they were "too busy."Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This review has nothing to do with Avis and everything to do with Kayak.Cons:
How was I allowed to make a car rental reservation with Avis when Avis had no cars available? Not only were there no cats available, the car that Kayak quoted me didn’t even exist in their system. I spent $55 in Uber rides to get to Avis and back home, without a car. Not only did my Kayak reservation not exist, I actually lost money. I asked Avis how this could be possible and they said they communicate their inventory to Kayak so there’s no reason why I was able to make a reservation for a non-existent car.9.6 Wonderful

The car that I was upgrade for was better. It was comfort, spacious and smooth. Also the gas mileage really help especially long drives to Las Vegas. We made it straight to Vegas without putting any gas.Cons:
I wasn't pleased with the car pickup. The car that I requested wasn't available. I waited for 15 mins until they finally give me an upgrade. I requested a midsize car instead they gave me mini suv for the same price.10.0 Wonderful
