It was comfortable, well-equipped and easy to get to and from. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Restaurant was delicious although a little pricey.
The only drawback is that parking is an ADDITIONAL 12 pounds for 24 hrs, the car park beneath the hotel is VERY cramped and there is no covered access or elevator to the hotel. In the case of inclement weather, make sure you have a brolly for the trip to the hotel lobby!
On one of our two stays the room we wanted was not available, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate our request. On the second stay, we had an excellent breakfast; again, the restaurant staff were very attentive to our needs.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The bedding was comfortable. The staff was pleasant.
Nothing; we would stay there again on our next trip to the UK.
Modern, well-maintained facility at a moderate price. Location is near Terminals 1, 2 and 3 with free city bus (U3) to and from Terminal's Central Bus Station and hotel. I believe that the Arora also has park and fly. A full breakfast is available for extra and rather high priced meals are also at the restaurant. Wifi is free and fairly good speed. Quality and price are hard to beat.
Meals expensive, but two could split a pizza.
The hotel is very close to Heathrow terminals 1, 2 and 3. The staff were friendly and the rooms are well appointed, clean and have plenty of space. No one should be disappointed with this property if their expectation is a quality airport hotel for both leisure and business travelers. I would stay here again.
The food in the Grill was quite exceptional. Everything was smooth and clean. Just what I want from a Hotel.
Very minor. An elevator/lift from the car park in the basement to reception would be appreciated. Hauling large suitcases after a long journey up a flight of stairs was annoying.
There is no direct acces to the hotel from the parking - you have to climbe narrow and steapy stairs from the garage and cross the inner street to get to the hotel ( lift not available). the heating does not work properly: AC device was blowing with cold air even though it was set on 24C
The reception staff and concierge staff were very helpful. The prices in the bar for meals were very reasonable for a Quality London Hotel near Heathrow.
Good location for airport
Staff very helpful and pleasant and the room was spacious, clean and bright. Good value for money
As 2 single women travelling together we asked for a twin rooom but were surprised to find that the hotel does not have any twin rooms! However the staff found us a room with a double bed and a vey comfortable single bed which for one night was acceptable for the price we paid.
As it it very near Heathrow airport and they provide free airport shuttle.
From the first contact with staff by telephone from Paris and during our short stay all of the staff were exceptionally polite, obliging and professional. The room was good, although adjusting water temperatures in the shower was a challenge to begin.
We did not like the bar and restaurant areas - the restaurant's design is too big and appears "empty". While we dined there a number of people arrived, saw how few people were dining and decided to leave - a smaller, more intimate setting would be more appropriate.
Convenience to airport & underground to travel into London for the day. The best pillows we'd had in 3 weeks!!
Restuarant was not open for a quick breakfast before departure --early flight out of lhr
The quiet - no sound from outside at all, very effective double glazing!Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, good facilities.
Helpfulness od the staff
the bed and the food
