The free breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Untrained staff No newspaper available.
The cleanliness, pool, king bed and hot breakfast.
I've been to other Best Western hotels. They all had sausage patties included with their breakfast. My wife was disappointed, she loves saasage in the morning. The woman in charge said, it's either eggs or sausage. There's other BW in the Prov area.
needed updating, room smelled so staff would fabreeze carpets
The location was good and the price was good.
The place seemed to be in a mix, with new people and an organizational changes. The place is aging and this stay did not include newspapers. I would rate this place at 2 stars and would chose 3 stars on my next visit to the area.
Location was great. Staff was average. Breakfast was great. Stools where tough to flush. TV's didn't work properly. With a few major improvements could get to a 2.5 star, but not anywhere's near what was listed as a 2.5 star.
The room was not cleaned everyday
staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Nice and quiet.
New towels brought in every day, but the used towels were not always removed. Felt the bathtub area should be swept daily.
The lady at the reception well prepared very nice, gave me good directions to get to the beach and given choices in case of rain activities. Same for the housekeeper.
the spa was cold.Breakfast was not very good. The sausage tasted frozen and not hot potatoes. And to make a good coffee should not be complicated to have. Was missing a choice of cereals (hot or cold) and fruit. For cleaning, vacuuming more often in
Good size room and comfy bed
Breakfast area had no eggs. Only gray sausage and potatoes in crock pot. Breakfast area overlooks pool area. No privacy for pool goers in morning.
No Maid service for 3 out of 4 nights. No Pool & Jacuzzi.Breakfast was awful. No TV for 12 hours.
Breakfast Waffles & friendly staff specially
Very limited breakfast selection
The jacuzzi water was freezing and after I complained several times it was still cold the whole stay so I was not able to enjoy my stay
Rooms were spacious.
Very bad odor from all entrances. AC wasn't turned on upstairs.
The room was really good size and the hotel is in a nice wooded area.
The walls are paper thin. I could hear every word my neighbors were saying and people were checking in up until 3am so I didn't get much sleep.
Needed upgrades in rooms.
Had to move rooms, no refrig in room given, second room had stains on bed, pillow cases were all wrinkled, looked used, tooth paste stain on carpet near bathroom, key stopped working after first day, clock was set wrong time; could reset, lights didn't wo
Quite, clean and in the woods..
A little bit far from downtown of Providence
we loved the hot tub
the pillows were horrible and we could not sleep on such thick lump of clumpy polyfiber. Looked like someone put them in the washer at the wrong temperature and they clotted.
No access to pool/gym
Rooms had a good sized fridge and microwave and was clean.
Pool and hot tub were out of service. No notification beforehand. The driveway was up a steep hill covered in ice.
Clean and quiet. Fitness facilities.
Pool and spa were not open and this wasn't indicated on site
pool and hot tub
Staff, first arrival refrigerator loud. I said we could unplug desk lady said would change room. New room no water in sink working. . said nothing until the am when desk lady now in housekeeping rude. Will go again sometime as pool and hot tub is what w
The price was right
Small workout room. Facilities were clean but dated, what I expected for the price
Staff at breakfast tried.
Dirty old carpet in room. Could not get second floor said they where renovating. Our view was a wall. Bed had huge hole in middle. You sank in it and could not move. Breakfast limited .
Front desk staff, especially (hotel employee) were very nice and helpful. Pool and spa were very nice with the pool being a comfortable temperature for swimming unlike several other area hotels we have stayed at. Comfy bed, decent fridge and mic
Inconsistent housekeeping. Ice bucket had water in it when we checked in, maids didn't leave coffee packets several days. Sink fixtures seemed new but were barely long enough to reach the sink bowl in room and public areas.
I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool....which was closed for renovations!
The woman at the front desk was rude! Pool was closed! You could hear the cleaning ladies vacuuming at 8 in the morning! Had an overall stuffy old smell to the room.
The price was appealing. The kids found something they liked at breakfast (included)
Chose this hotel because it had a pool. Got there and learned that it was closed for renovations. Very disappointed.
always thought best western was aok. had to change room mold smell was really bad. short on staff at night unlocked side doorcould get in without key really bad.breakfast was the only good thing.
management not overseeing what needs doing. the pool was cold supposed to be heated. my grandson whose a lifeguard said way to much chlorine, hot tub was under-heated.I blame poor management
Dirty, smelly rooms and halls. Pool not heated, spa Luke warm at best. Roaches, spiders and bugs dead on the floor the entire stay. Manager only works two days a week and the staff is the same way so there are no lines of communication. Towels dirty.
the people such as staff are very rude care less and unmindful . i go to alot of hotels year round and this hotel will be on my no rent list
Good location. Staff was friendly, older hotel, but clean.
Room service started knocking around 8:30 am and kept knocking every 15 minutes until we left.
