Nothing! We were rejected because they said our reservation was for a different night and although we never even stepped foot in the door we were charged. We asked if they could just give us a room since they had many open and they said no.
They staff was rude, and when we contacted Priceline they rejected our refund. I will NEVER use either one again.Rude, aggravating, and it ruined my fiance and I's Valentines evening together.
Proximity to desired destinationHave used this hotel on several occasions in the past with levels of satisfaction primarily based on cleanliness of room. Was very satisfied this trip. Room was clean and it appeared that improvement were being made to upgrade the visitor's experience.
Not much...maybe location, but we still had to drive for most events.
Almost everything. It was filthy, the noise was terrible. The air conditioning was hard to control. The bed was uncomfortable. The TV only had about 4 channels working. The bathroom shower felt like you were in a coffin, and it was not clean. This should have been called a motel, and a slum one at that. I did not sleep at all since it was so noisy...you could hear everything outside plus the girl on the phone in the next room! It was not cleaned well, and the air conditioning was hard to regulate. We were either freezing or hot. The place was so bad that we didn't dare partake of the free breakfast. I had already paid for this place, so I didn't try to change hotels, but after not sleeping a minute all night, I wish I had and just paid the fee for cancelling so late. It was a horrible experience!
It was close to the University campus.
Broken box springs on mattress. Thick dust everywhere. Foul odor to room. Used towel on back of bathroom door. Very very old blankets and comforters on beds. Overall feeling of fith. The carpet was SO DIRTY, our feet stuck to it. The worse motel ever.
Great location, close to Purdue.
Could some updates as far as tv's etc.For the money it is a great value. Not a Hilton but close to everything downtown and campus.
Free wifi and location of the hotel is right on campus.
There's slight rusting in corners of the rooms but for the most part was clean. For the price of the room per night there really isn't too much to say. It's a steal and location isn't bad. This is not a 3/4 star hotel, however. If that is what you're looking for this isn't your location. If you're looking for a cheap clean good location hotel this is your spot.
I am a Purdue graduate and alumni, returning to campus for a visit. Booked into this little motel for one night. Place is down-to-earth and nothing fancy. Due to time of year, the whole place was empty. Me and my wife had a good stay at this place.
Air conditioner was old style. Functinoal. This is a nice and inexpensive place to stay. Very close to campus. Convenient. This place was clean and functinoal. Good place. Also comes with free breakfast. I had bagel and coffee.
Location was good.
Very old, street noise very loud, I was blocked on the web by there filter from going to Net Flix becasue it had movies. I would not stay there again even if it was free!Hotel was clean but to many negatives for a rebook!
