This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. It was just as good this time as it was the first time. Friendly staff, very clean throughout the entire hotel. The bed was amazing, made for a great night sleep!
I was sorely disappointed in this place. I always stay in H.I. Expresses because they are consistently clean, comfortable, and worth a little extra $ to know you'd not going to feel 'icky'. I have a dog, and it was like I was placed in the punishment room because of it. The decor was dingy, it was small, and felt 50 years old. The other issue I had was that I had to leave a cash deposit because I'd lost my credit card....no problem...the peeve was that when I tried to check out at 7am the next morning, to get AN EARLY START ON A LONG DRIVE - I was told that the person who could access the safe wouldn't be in until 9am. F A I L!!!!
What a great hotel. The staff was uber-friendly and efficient. They even called the room after a few hours to make sure everything was OK. Extremely clean very comfortable and very nice free breakfast. Saw lots of families and there's a wonderful pool and waterslide on the premises. I will definitely stay here again.
We stayed there for one night to get to the airport and it was wonderful. I saved the address so the family can go and use your water park. My grandkids will love it. Thanks again
Stay staff a little rude other than that it was pretty good
This hotel is so clean and beautiful - even the outside is so inviting. Very friendly staff. kudos
Coming to Salt Lake City for a roadtrip was great especially with the stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly sleek and modern. Everything seemed of good quality for the price. And the mini-waterpark was quite a bit of fun. Would be great for families.
It was my first time staying in this type of hotel and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. It was surprisingly clean and organized. The play area for the children was neat and enjoyable, but the only problem was the hotels tolerance for noise. They were complete stubborn prudes when it came to the talking at night or laughing in YOUR OWN HOTEL ROOM. During my stay in the hotel they constantly threatened to kick us (me, my brother and sister) out of the hotel. We were not partying if that is what you are thinking. Just playing cards and enjoying each others company. Apparently, that was against hotel policy.
The title says it all. It's a beautiful new hotel. Room was extremely clean and modern. It was also very spacious, something being from the east coast we don't expect in hotels. The Guest Services Manager was great and the male Night Auditor was extemely friendly and helpful. Words can't begin to describe how rude and unhelpful the GM was. Easy way around this - just don't deal with her, the rest of her staff is generally good though. As I said, a very nice hotel that offers exactly what you've come to expect from the re-vamped Holiday Inn Express brand.
This hotel is easy to find and in a good location. For those with an event planned at the Maverick Center, this is an ideal choice. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We had a pleasant night's sleep on comfortable beds, nice pillows, and a quiet atmosphere. The desk staff is very polite and welcoming. The pool area is great for childern from the very young to teens. Not suited for adults without children, but a hot tub is available. Have stayed here before and will again.
This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. Perfect for my family. My daughter loved the pool! Great bonus!
I enjoyed my stay here, the best place in slc. They went out of there way to make this a wonderful stay. The staff made sure there was breakfast for me at 500 am before the official start time. Bed were comfy and had all my favorite tv channels.
If you have kids, this hotel can't be beat. Without kids? Hotel still very good, pool separate from hotel, so noise not an issue
