Nothing at all. I checked in for 10 minutes then checked right out Charged me for 5 nights no refund
Blood on sheets, plastic bag over fire alarm, got a new room and people were already staying in it.
Very friendly staff who helped us with any problems we had!
Our room wasn't cleaned yet and we were already checked in. However, housekeeping was called and arrived at our room within 10 minutes.
Beds were decent includes a good TV Had a fridge Some space Free Breakfast
Ice machine was broken and had to go to the front desk for ice each time - Side note, they had to get it from the restaurant and they did not have a key after a certain point even though it was closed Really should invest in a new cart for luggage and get more than 1 Free "breakfast" was cereal and toast - when asked for more OJ they said that since there was only the two of us it did not make sense to get more We tried to use the microwave once and it turns out it was broken the whole time.
I expected a cheap hotel but I didn't even have towels waiting for me. It wasn't totally clean either. I didn't expect much but it wasn't a good experience.
nothing by far worst hotel stayed in
room smelled of weed piss stain on bed floors were crunchy from not being vaccumed more dust then a potatoe farm to be honest this place should not be a hotel
We have spent many years traveling this was the worst hotel we ever stayed at. We will never stay again
Beds had blood in them bathroom had sinks full of hair elevators didn't work.
disgustingly dirty rundown hotel. Manager would not refund our stay. Decided not to stay anyways and left for another Denver hotel.
Location, close to major roads & restaurants.
Room was small and not so clean. I paid for a double twin bed room & got a single twin bed. When asked the concierge told me that hotels dot com is to blame for the error. The room was so small it didn't even fit a roll away bed. Lucky for us it was a one night stay. We had a very uncomfortable night.
My fiancé and I liked the front desk clerk who checked us in and out of the hotel. We liked the way the room smelled when we checked in as we had stayed at another hotel just before this one and asked for a non-smoking and were given what smelled like a smoking room. The room was a tad small but with it being only us this ended up being something we really liked. Would recommend for a couple like us but not a family.
No complaints really.
Smelled like smoke. WiFi was not working. Gym is better described as a storage room for old Bowflex equipment. They would not pick up the phone all day as I called to confirm the reservation.
For the price I was more than happy.
Paid for 2 queen bed in full. Didnt get that just a roll away and 1 queen. No cable! NO light or lamp in the room. The heater didnt work. There wasnt even a chair in the room. Never again.
This is supposed to be for positive things but this hotel was completely terrible so it gets all negative reviews. They had the skimpiest free breakfast I've ever seen. The staff wouldn't just give me a clean towel.
Right before checkout we had left about 200$ worth of personal items in the room by accident and didn't realize it until after they did a room check. When I went back in to try to retrieve the things the staff acted very offended and suspicious but allowed us to "check the room" but clearly they Already stole what I needed. Either way Howard Johnson sucks and I will never stay there again.
lights and fixtures needed repair
