The Room was nice and clean. Staff is friendly
It's not that we didn't like but I wished that they had breakfast even it's just a continental breakfast.
The dancing with the wolves motif is very rugged. Appreciated the courtesy computer
No complimentary breakfast. Gym was shameful.
* Nice updated look* Surprised to find a 2-person hot-tub in the room!* Good customer service
* Restaurant in the lobby not open later (probably beyond hotel's control?)* Side entrace to parking lot not open? Would be more convenient to load / unload vehicle during a stay.
The food at the restaurant we did stay at was good.
Yes, they deleted our booking before we arrived and did not have a room for us. They did put us at another hotel however at the same rate.
It was clean and easily accessible to downtown.
It didn't have air conditioning in the room and the air became very stagnant making sleeping difficult.
