The hotel says it is 'pet' friendly. Well their pet friendly is do NOT leave your pet alone in the room. We had plans to eat out for dinner with family, travel many times with our dog, never any problems. But they would not let us leave her in there.
The hotel is located very near a toll booth but was completely quiet inside my room. The bed was extremely comfortable & everything was very clean. Very good breakfast was available. Staff was very helpful & nice.
Carpet was slightly old but was very clean.
Clean, comfortable and convenient.
I like the entrances, from in the building and the out side, ammenities.
Sheet were stained, AC whent out. the breakfast was not fresh and outside pool was not clean it was pretty bad
I was able to get in with little notice (same day reservation) with a good rate.
I was given a smoking room, but it was overwhelmingly smokey (we don't smoke) and asked for another room and had to haggle a little over getting a new room.
Very friendly staff most of all. Location was good and price was decent.
The hot tub water could've been fuller and a lot warmer than what is was. The rooms temperature wasn't very cool, even with the air turned up as high as it would go.
Friendly staff, decent room
Sink didn't drain properly, toilet didn't flush consistently
Conveniently located near major aerospace industry.Comfortable rooms.
The noise from the nearby highway was pretty loud.Only fast food (or the like) is available in the same area.
Near the interstate Breakfast was good with a small variety of foods
I booked the room online. I then called the motel to find out what kind of room I would get. The afternoon person stated I booked king bed non smoking. Upon arrival I was told they didn't save a non smoking room. I asked for a room with 2 beds and was tol
The hot breakfast was pretty nice and free.
The hotel had smoking rooms that were not well ventilated. Often, the entire building and my room smelled like smoke. If you have asthma/allergies, stay elsewhere.
Room was all new very impressed!
The room was really nice
They need a better choice in extra blanket I found out I was allergic
Clean comfortable and affordable. Decor is nice and up to date
The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The desk cleark welcomed us cheerfully and was quite helpful even though we checked in rather late. The staff in the morning was equally pleasant. A good expewrience with them
There were quite a lot of doors slamming and the walls were a bit thin. But things did eventually settle down and it was a restful night.
It was off on a private road so toad noise was reduced. I don't like the lack of elevators with luggage is just hard on even the younger..individuals. Need elevators I'm a fit mix thirties but it's just too hard on the back.
List above opps
Room was small. Improperly cleaned. Had toe nails in bathroom upon entree and a mouse in the furniture.
Staff was great and helpful. Clean room.
Room had access door inside and outside.
Only thing I liked about this hotel was the room size.
The staff at night was the worst I have had to deal with. Didn't understand his job or customer satisfaction.
Friendly front desk personnel.
I forgot to ask for a non smoking room.
The front desk staff were AMAZING! The girl who checked us in was so nice and helpful - went above and beyond to give us information in the area. Other staff I encountered were all helpful and super nice.
I could hear the people in the room above me clearly. They had children jumping around late at night that kept waking us up. Front desk staff had to address them twice before it stopped. Thin walls.
Noise coming from multiple rooms all night. Entire hotel had the smell of a sewer as soon as you enter. Most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in my life.
Key to my room stop working twice.tub was dirty..staff behind the counter in pajamas
Charged a tax I didn't know about. Never using Priceline again. It's a rip off
It was close to the freeway and a couple of restaurants just over the bridge.
For some reason the Internet was really slow. The signal was strong but that didn't matter.
Appreciated the fact that they gave us connecting rooms.
The reservations were for four adult women. I realize that they are for double occupancy, but when I called hotel to verify that we could have double beds in each room, they would not accommodate that request.
Quiet Atmosphere. Very kind and curteous staff. Large room that made our stay with two adults and two children go very smooth. I would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.
It was convenient, but with other motels in the immediate area we won't stay here again unless all of the others are full. The room was in desperate need of basic maintenance. For example, the leaking shower head was aimed at the wall and could not be adjusted. The room smelled 'funny' like it wasn't cleaned properly. On the good side, they had a nice breakfast spread.
I actually ended staying longer as my daughter-in-law passed away while I was there. Really was a homey feeling and my room was very nice with a couch, refrig, microwave and table to have my lap top. Would stay again if I make a trip back there. The breakfast was a plus also!!!
Nice clean room with king bed, sofa, coffee table, and desk. Clean. Hotel is next to a Kansas Turnpike toll stop, and in a somewhat industrial area. Our room faced the turnpike, but was spacious and quiet. When the drapes were closed at night, you'd hardly know the turnpike was there. If you are expecting a hotel with a nice view, where you can walk to dining and shopping, this is not it. If you want a nice, clean room at a good rate, this is it. Quick trip (15 minutes) expressway all the way to the airport and downtown Wichita.
This hotel is located right on the interstate, so there was a little traffic noise. The room was very clean and had everything you would need for a night's stay.
Pretty clean, quiet, room clean & tidy. Breakfast good, desk clerks friendly.
