The BEST WESTERN Everglades Park Hotel is located in the heart of the North West's commerce, industry and leisure attractions. In the ideal, semi-rural, location you will have your pick of places to visit near Widnes, as you will be just five minutes from the M62 and ten minutes from the M56 motorway networks. The perfect venue for conference guests travelling to or from Liverpool, Warrington, Manchester, Chester (and its Zoo!) and North Wales, and gives delegates the opportunity to 'break out' to surrounding areas easily between meetings! As for night-time comfort, the hotel's 65 well appointed bedrooms are all en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, satellite television and other must-have modern conveniences. We pride ourselves on making all guests as comfortable as possible, whether you are taking time out in our beautiful lounge or sampling the fine food in our Key's restaurant (open seven nights a week) after choosing from the extensive a la carte, table d'hote and vegetarian menus!
The room & bathroom we could not fault. The evening meal was very good. The breakfast was plentyful. Staff very helpful. The barrier entrance to the hotel made your car less vunerable from being stolen.
Unfortunatly, my wife & I had to wait forty minutes before we could obtain our room key, after a late drink in the restaurant!!! No staff during this forty minutes to contact!!! Please Note : This did not take the shine off our stay at the hotel or rebooking!!! Just concerned of lack of staff during this period!!!
the breakfast was good, no eggs though.
the internet didnt work in my room
always had a pleasant stay at this hotel. breakfast was very good with the choices.
when i booked this hotel i asked for a double. however when we arrived we where given a twin room.. when i complained they moved us with no trouble.
The room was a good size and comfortable! I found all the staff to be helpful! The car park was clean and tidy and the gardens nice!
I think a buffet breakfast should be included in the price!
Room was clean I only stayed for one night I did not see many other staff to comment on
On the day we arrived there were two weddings and thus left residents without anything to do we found it hard to get drinks from your bar
Food very good although often had to 'prompt' to get for example, butter / water etc.
No clock in room. Water pressure for shower poor
Friendly staff were very welcoming and made check in and out very easy and fast. Comfortable lounge bar and restaurant. Great food. Clean, nicely sized rooms.
Two beds put together (nice big bed if you can make do with the join) and slightly soft mattresses. Hairdryer had seen better days but did the job.
The breakfast was poor, items run out, long wait for a plate(!) and fried eggs, hot food actually luke warm, coffee barely drinkable, sausages barely edible. Service poor.
Frienliness of staff
