the room was great. the staff was awesome, kind and helpful. the breakfast was extremely nice, hot and many choices to fit even the pickiest of eaters.
I cannot say a bad thing regarding this hotel and its staff, the only disappointment was finding the back way into the parking lot due to the closing of roadways for the holiday weekend festivities
Very accommodating; and providing for transportation at 4:30 a.m.
Breakfast had no 'sticky' buns for breakfast.
Hotel staff was very friendly and were happy to help all their customers.
The room far exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and the staff that we saw was very happy (maybe a little to much so) would recommend this hotel to anyone
The rooms were clean but I think the 'queen' beds were actually full size.. not super comfortable for 2 people. The mattress was decent though. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would stay again but would love if they lowered the price! :)
My husband and I went over Labor Day....had planned on staying 3 nights but left after the first night. We stayed on the top floor of the front of the building facing the river/mountains, it was a pretty view but VERY NOISY from the highway traffic. Even with the fan from the air/heater on we could still hear the trucks going by. The backside of the hotel faced a parking lot w/work trailers and other buildings. There was an exhaust fan running in the bathroom constantly that was through the hotel exhaust and couldn't be turned on or off from the room, we had to close the bathroom door to block the noise. The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and had a mini refrig. and microwave in them that was nice. We normally love Hamptons but would not return to this one because of the location with the highway noise.
We stayed on ground floor an it was convenient to pool, breakfast, ice, etc. Rooms were very clean and sevice was excellent.
