Uncooperative staff, filthy sheets and bath tube. Stale smell on reception and room.
The television did not work. None of the appliances were plugged in when I entered the room. Had to do it myself. The breakfast was pathetic. Staff didn't even say a word to you hardly on checkout. The pool looked like it had not been used in years. It's basically a motel that an Indian or Pakistani family lives at. Clearly you, the guest, are secondary to their living situation on the hotel grounds. Felt like an intruder in a hotel I paid for. Rate should have been 50 bucks, like a Motel 6 out in Nebraska somewhere. False advertising in the pool amenities listing online.
They left the key for us even though we arrived after the office closed. Outside space for breakfast was nice too. Our son also appreciated the small playground.
Parking--had to park under the basketball net all the way across the lot from our room.
The location was convenient.
We found bug bites the next day after staying at the hotel; not sure if they were bed bugs or fleas.
