I booked 4 days. I left after 2 and went to Doubletree. rooms were too small. beds soso. pillows too fat to sleep on. not the star rating listed.
guests were very noisy. breakfast needs to start at 6am rather than 7 am.the loaction seems to be good because it is right at the exit on 110 freeway. But to drive in or out of the hotel is not easy because of the high traffic and solid yellow line.
Smelled like smoke in common areas. Pool out of order for all 5 days. In a bad neighborhood, did not feel secure. Noisy in room from showers running on floor above and below, loud enough to wake you. Noise from highway. On very busy road.Would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. Upon arrival they had a smoking room booked for us. They were abel to get us a nonsmoking but this hotel has a lot of smoking in building.
Not a whole lot of any thing
upon checking in, the woman behind the counter was rude. The web site for the hotel and on Priceline's website it said their was a work out room, there was not. You also know you are in a bad area if you have to use your room to get into the breakfast areIf you stay at this hotel go next door to eat at Denny's with your room key you will get a discount. You have to use your room key to get into the breakfast area of the hotel and it is not a great breakfast. The hotel is not in a great area, as a single woman I did not feel safe. For the price I paid for the room it was a horrible room. I also was charged extra to get a room with two bed's, I thought when renting thru Priceline, you automatically got a room with two beds. I am very disappointed in Priceline with this room. This hotel should be ranked at no more than 1.5 stars.
Nothing really. Everything was very poor to average at best. Didn't have the breakfast but if I did I bet it would be the best thing about the hotel.
Oh, where to begin... The door card didn't work well which we complained about and didn't get fixed. The airconditioner was all broken and taped together. The remote was also taped together. Hmmmm... Cant think of anything else right now.Very poor low end hotel. It should not even be on Priceline. I use you guys a lot and have always been pretty happy with it. This time I was horrified when I found out which hotel was selected and debated trying to get it canceled but didn't want to deal with the hassle. Well, my fears came true. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for years. Please remove it from your site.
Lots..Hotel lied said we can't reserve two beds on price line we stayed one night w/ only one bed then I showed them my receipt that had a two bed & they moved r room w/ out us being there..
location, noise, exterior facade run down , hotel lobby smellslocation was not good and felt unsafe. on a busy street and right next to the noisy highway. I requested the Torrance area which is a family friendly neighbourhood and did not expect to be situated in the ghetto. we felt unsafe and feared that our car would be broken into given the clientele of the hotel. we felt very mislead. when we booked the express deal we were told the hotel was a three star Hilton/holiday inn/ Hyatt/ Sheraton equivalent but was offered this hotel which is definitely no better than a three star. we were also charged an extra $10 to confirm two queen beds which means we paid more than the rack rate! no deal or money saved here after all priceline fees and surcharges. in fact, this is the first time I have felt ripped off with Priceline.
