Rude staff, mildew in the shower, hair in the showerManager wrote apology email and left apology on my voicemail.
Convenient location and nice staff.
Not really - it was fine and what we expected.
The lady that checked us in was extremely helpful. She was the hotels only bright point in our stay.
Our room smelled like a cat box to the point we almost left. If we hadn't been so late coming in and tired we would have leftWould not recommend it at all. I have used Priceline in the past and have been extremely happy with the rooms assigned to me. Guess there is always a dud sometime. Although I usually get a 4 star room and somehow didn't verify and got a 1 star. My mistake :0(
Friendly staff, adequate breakfast, great location. This hotel is a great value for what you pay. When I travel to Portland, I often stay here as it is right off I-5 and close to shopping. It isn't fancy, but my rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety (cereal, pastries, and make-your-own waffles) and coffee and tea are available 24 hours/day.
needed some maintenance work.Certainly met my expectations for a 2 star hotel. It was in decent condition, had the expected amenities, was clean -- but it definitely had some deferred maintenance, was a little dated and the clientele was definitely the budget class.
bed was comfortable-- quiet neighborhood--friendly staff--easy to find off freeway
The room was musty smelling. Towels were worn out but clean. Would have liked a little more choices for continental breakfast. Lobby area needs an upgrade.I expected more from Super 8 Motel chain. I was disappointed in the appearance of the lobby, eating area and our room. The motel needs a makeover. They did have everything that was necessary to spend a night on the road. The staff was extremely friendly. The motel had Internet and provided a limited continental breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. Our room was clean but it had a musty order. The price was very reasonable.
Convenient location near freeway and shopping, restaurants.
This hotel was dirty and ugly. The pillows were atrocious. There were cigarette burns in the blankets, and the carpet seemed slightly damp.Since I got this hotel at a rock-bottom price and it was near the venue I was visiting, it was not a total loss, but the property itself is very unattractive and dirty. It looked like the hall carpets hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, and it was stained. The rooms seemed relatively clean, but the blankets had cigarette burns, the pillows were misshapen and very old looking, and the carpet seemed slightly damp. The counter in the bathroom is tiny. The old-fashioned TVs do feature a good selection of channels. I can also say that this hotel was one of the quietest I've every stayed at. I seldom heard any noise from other guests, and my sleep was never disrupted by noise.
Convenient location right off the highway.
We were assigned a smoking room although we had requested a non-smoking room - apparently this request was not conveyed by Priceline to the hotel and the hotel had no non-smoking rooms available to switch us to. This was not the hotel's fault.Comfortable and convenient, this hotel is great for an overnight or a weekend stay.
Very disappointed, my booking online did not let me choose the option for two beds and when I arrived at the hotel I had to pay full rate to get the two beds. I refused and went to another hotel.
