The staff was pleasant enough, but made many excuses for why no one had a clue as to ANYTHING about the hotel or service to it's ustomers.
Rooms offered had not been cleaned, but were in computer as cleaned. Surprised security guard when entered first room. What was he doing in there? 2nd room full of smoke, 3rd room had dirty towel on bathroom door. Tiny spaces and grimy feel.First of all, take notice that this is an extended stay, meaning people can rent by the week or month, and the rooms are only cleaned once in seven days. There wasn't anything that stood out that I actually liked besides the fact that they honored the priceline booking.
I wish I would have known the terrible location of this hotel! It was in the middle of the ghetto and I felt like I needed have my gun on side at all times just to feel safe. The first room they tried putting us in was not even cleaned or the beds made upI wouldn't recommend this hotel, or the location to anyone. The price was very cheap, but you get what you pay for. The refrigerator didn't Sven work. The first room they tried putting us in was not even cleaned and looked like someone had just rolled out of the bed. The pictures make this hotel look great but don't be fooled like we were!
