Able to get us a rental last minute. Did have a long line of customers waiting.Cons:

Cons:
Reservations mean nothing at Enterprise. I reserved a standard car and when I arrived I was told they didn't have any standard size cars available. They would have to put me in a Jeep Compass at my cost ($130 more for the week). After 1 hour of waiting and talking with employees they put me in a smaller car (Corolla) for the same price. I reached out via FB to Enterprise and was told someone would review this and get in touch. Nope, nothing. Will not rent from Enterprise again.Hertz

It's 2021 and they still don't have a chip reader!! So I couldn't use my credit card which carried the accident waiver and ended up having to purchase it from Hertz. Staff could care less about customer service. Do not recommend.2.0 Poor

We were never told of a $200 deposit/hold on our credit card. We were given a vehicle that had front end damage and was not clean on the inside or outside and was not sanitized inside. The employee working with us, filled out our customer survey instead of letting us do it saying the vehicle had no damage and was clean. Both lies!..We were told we could exchange the vehicle at another location at our destination but being they did not do the paperwork correctly with the former front end damage the new location was unwilling to swap out vehicles.8.4 Very good

I reserved an SUV that I was hopeful would get close to 30 miles per gallon however I was provided a large SUV that averaged closer to 20 miles per gallon so it cost me more in gas9.2 Wonderful

Reserved my car 2 weeks prior and when I got to the location to pick it up and hour and half past my rental time i had to wait!!!! They didn’t have NOTHING. available for me! They were renting cars that were just beomg brought back in with no inspection! Ridiculous will NEVER rent from Hertz again!Avis

Staff was very friendly, efficient and pleasant, both picking up and returning. No issues with this location.Cons:
Vehicle smaller than I would have liked. Reserved a full size (Malibu or equal) was given a Kia Optima. Ran fine, comfortable, great fuel economy (37mpg). My only issue with the Optima is the low profile, I have a difficult time getting in and out of car, I always hit my head.Budget
