It was advertised to have an indoor pool and hot tub which was the reason we selected this motel as I have two young children. The pool and hit tub was closed without any type of forwarning.
The bath tub drained very slow. Was still draining the next morning. Old peanut butter and grape jelly was left above the microwave.
The staff were courteous, lobby and room were clean and fresh, and the breakfast was excellent
hard place to park a large truck with trailer. Shoud purchase the ajacent lot for large trucks. Also straighten out driveway and make driveways wider with radius corner where driveway meets street.
staff was friendly and helpful, very apologetic when elevator was broke down. They were quick to get it fixed
Pool had way to much chlorine so much I could not swim, hot tub was Green and super cold, the pool was cold as well. This is not first time we have stayed and it has been this way. It will be last time we stay though; we will try one of newer hotels nex
Stayed for three nites while attending a family reunion nearby. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and the free breakfasts were delicious and a great start to the day.
The room was spacious, the staff was courteous and helpful, and above all the hotel/room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which was a plus after hiking all over some of the local WMAs in pursuit of the Meleagris Gallapavo Intermedia . I will definitely stay at this HIE again.
Excellent Nice hotel, clean room and very friendly staff
I am generally pleased with Holiday Inn Express, but this hotel was exceptional. The staff, the room, the bed, the quiet - all were top notch! I am a clean freak and everything was to my standard. The breakfast room was very large, cozy, and inviting; more like being in a really nice restaurant. The food selection was broad with several hot items such as eggs, pancakes, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. For anyone traveling through Woodward, this is the place to stay!
The hotel is NOT worth the money!!! The gym has very old equipment that doesn't even work, I had to stop working out after 5 minutes because the treadmill was so bad. I will not stay again.
This was a very beautiful room. There was a mini fridge and the tub was oversized, which was awesome! Very friendly and helpful staff. Only thing that I didn't care for was the breakfast. When we were there it was horrible. Coffee was bland, and there wasn't enough variety of 'hot' items. Also had to wait several minutes for the offered hot items they had; and when they were brought out (eggs) they were overcooked and scorched. There was only one woman working this area, and she was very overworked due to the large amount of people staying at this hotel. It would have been a simple thing to fix, by increasing staff. The Gym was not up to par, as the two treadmilss they do have are very old and outdated. The treadmill to the right would speed up on it's own, not exactly safe. That being said, it was still a pretty hotel, with gorgeous rooms. Just go out to eat for breakfast. LOL\n\nSincerely,\nMelissa S.
Beautiful rooms, very clean and lots of luxery details for a lower price hotel. Very nice continental breakfast. Great staff!
