The staff was extremly attentive.
Yes; I had to call maintenance twice to the room because the hot water for wouldnt get hot or luke warm to shower. They came right away but it was a inconvenience to have to keep calling them. I was only there two nights.
The location of this hotel was the only thing to make this hotel like able.
While using the fitness center an employee was in the pool area drinking '40 s' of an alcoholic beverage in a glass container, while his child stared at me using the elliptical. The public spaces were worn and dated, the sheets and towels were stiff and uncomfortable. Outside my window there was a transformer or generator that frequently made loud noises. I have used this site to make the identical booking and ended up at other facilities in the area. Comparatively this hotel does not even belong in the sale class.
mean staff, maid left dirty linens in fiance's suitcase, bedbug larvae detected last stay, GM informed (nothing was done, we had the same room, and they were still there, exactly as they had been.)Room was unclean when we came in. All staff very rude. Creepy people milling around in parking lot, secure outside doors propped open constantly. Halls/stairwells smelled like cheap tobacco and old pipe resin.
Location, suite setup.
Staff, housekeeping, bed bug larvae found in the sheets/corners of room (I mentioned this to the GM last stay, but nothing was done about it. Staff unwilling to take any responsibility for anything or listen to customers. The housekeepers, after constantly banging on our door, and having been told by us, and with us having talked to the front desk, kept harassing us. When we finally relented and let her in, she left dirty sheets in my fiance's suitcase. When we expressed our displeasure, we were met with a snotty response. We talked to the front desk about it, and seemed to have gained an understanding, we asked that the same housekeeper NOT come to our room and they assured us we wouldnt be bothered. We decided to extend the stay through priceline for another night for unrelated reasons (we figured everything would be fine - (wrong)). At 12pm we get a knock on our door with a man telling us we had to check out, and that our ...
located near a lot of restaurants.
located in a not so great part of town.Breakfast was not anything special, The staff never explained times for check out or breakfast. Bathroom floors were gross. Dusty TV and dressers.Fridge barely worked. No good channels, not using price line again.who knows where the 3 star review came from BC I have stayed in motels that were cleaner and had friendlier staff. The staff didn't make you feel appreciated....want a late check out...only if you are a rewards customer. Not okay to show partiality.
Very clean and quiet
nopesuper staff will visit again
It was close to where I needed to be.
The room's heating system was extremely noisy. It turned on and off countless times. When it was on it would blow the curtains which let in more light.I felt like since I was a Price.com customers that I got the worst room in the hotel. It was really for handicap customers. The hotel was far from full. I do not understand why I got it.
Convenient access to US-131 The breakfast
The proximity to 28th street made it a bit noisy.
