Will not be staying at another Sleep Inn, Room was smoking -requested non - smoking and was advised by from desk the only way to get a non-smoking room was to pay full price.I booked thru Priceline, which I use all the time, and this is the only time I have had a bad experience. You might want to take Sleep Inn off your listings.
Priceline said it was a nonsmoking room but we were given a smoking room and the hotel manager would not change it. Priceline made the mistake. Won't use Priceline or Sleep Inn again.The hotel staff was not very helpful once I told her that I booked the room using Priceline.

We were told upon check-in, that since we paid in advance through Priceline we would be in a handicapped accessible room. It was NASTY!At check-in I was told by the front desk staff that since I paid in advance through Priceline, I would be put in a handicapped accessible room. When I told her that wasn't necessary she said, that is what I would get for paying in advance through Priceline. I would hate to think that the hotel would put a handicapped individual in Room 109. It was musty smelling and had peeling paint in both the room and bathroom. There was a vent of some sort falling out of the ceiling. (I have photos to verify). I have booked numerous hotels through Priceline but this will make me rethink that decision. We complained the next morning and were told they would move us to a different room, but that one was not immediately available. We were told to keep our belongings in 109, until we returned. The woman who checked us in was polite.
Because we booked an Express Deal & did not call the hotel before check in, our family (two adults, one child) was placed in a smoking queen. We don't smoke or sleep three to a bed generally, so we probably should not have used Priceline for this trip
