Location and access to the room
TV was about 25 yrs old, room was about 50 degrees, had to wait for it to warm up before I could relax, heat pump was very noisy and would not shift into a low quiet mode even when the buttons were pushed correctly.
The hotel said I would not be charged for the first night because the airline had mechanical problems and I did not arrive to Yakima for the first night.
I have not seen a credit from Priceline for the fact that I could not stay at this hotel the first night due to airline mechanical problems.
The bed was very comfortable.
Very Worn and old.Rode hard and put away wet.
Bathroon sink leaking. Room was not clean.I would not stay here again.
The bed in my room needed to be turned. Definite sleeping indent on side closest to alarm clock. My room was quiet and fulfilled the needs of my stay in Yakima.
The 'Hot Tub' was COLD. It did not work! The morning breakfast was just OK. The people were nice. The place was just averaged. Nothing outstanding. We would not return!
Convenience and cost.
Lack of security. You get what you pay for, so I wasn't expecting extravagance. The room was a little musty and ground floor rooms do not feel very secure for a hotel in a city with a high crime rate. Otherwise the room was clean and relatively comfortable. The clerks seemed a little less than friendly and the service was perfunctory at best. The hotel overall seemed geared toward retiree travelers who like the price. It wasn't great, but a step up from a Motel 6.
I could bring my dog. It was close to conference.
Towels were stained and gross. Sliding door was stuck.
The microwave, fridge and out side patio.
They accused me of making to much noise when the one's next door was the ones they were young adults.Management should have gone and checked out the room when I asked them to. One worker Amy did walk through the room and noticed the lady on the phone in my room just talked loud while sitting outside.
