Design of the hotel & Location
No internet in stable operation which a major drawback for business and others
Very nice hotel with good comfortable rooms, good value for money. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Very close to train station.
Surrounding area not that great, but it is very close to train station and public transport into the city which was good.
Close to the station (five minutes walk) and 10 minute bus journey to city (buses every 15 minutes) great place to stay and see Zaragoza which is a surprise package
Bit hot in the room so left the window open (which was ok)
Modern, clean, comfortable, close to new delicias station & airport bus terminal
At some distance from historical centre but well connected to it by bus
Room was extremely small.
Explanation of where hotel entrance is, would help when arriving by car.
The modern, spacious feel of the hotel and the good food on offer.
Its location! Impossible to work out the route to the hotel from either map or GPS. Utterly confusing when arriving from the A68 motorway. One ridiculously small sign pointing to the hotel car park in a street 50 m away. I saw municipal police slapping tickets on cars parked on the forecourt outside - a warning notice would have been useful; Is this how Zaragoza plans to welcome visitors to Expo next year?
First time in Zaragoza - what a wonderful city. We will return. Access to hotel by car and rail excellent (secure parking available and railway station opposite) although the Google directions left a little to be desired.
Not ideal if you want to be in the centre, but good inexpensive access by taxi if you do not want to drive in the city centre. Cafeteria closed at weekends.
The staff spoke enough English to make us comfortable and the location was good for our departure the next morning.
The Hotel sign was not very visible until you were at the front door.
The price per night for a 3-star where we were staying in a 5-star for less per night.
