Great value for the price, close to airport and everything it was meant to be. Only stayed one quick night because of an early flight and place was perfect for that..
My friend snoring.. It was a small sized room with the beds close together..
The room was nice and clean, and the bed was large and comfortable.
Though this hotel is close to the airport, the only way to reach the airport from the hotel is to take a taxi, which is very expensive. We would have saved money in the end had we gotten a room at a more expensive hotel that was close to a bus or train route. We were also not provided with enough bathroom essentials, such as towels and soap. Breakfast is not included in the rate for the room, and costs 10 euros more per person.
There was supposed to be a phone in my room and there was not. I had got undressed. This meant that I had to get dressed to go outside and then to reception when I wanted to order a taxi for the morning. Later on, I wanted to make some tea and found the kettle did not work. Once again I got dressed and went to reception and the receptionist said that nothing could be done about the kettle as all the rooms were full. I was most annoyed by this as I do like to have tea as soon as I wake up, but all I could have was tap water.
If you walk for 15 mins down the road (there's no path however so you're walking along a main road), there's two restaurants. One is more expensive (about E30 for a main), and the other is cheaper (about E12 for a main). The first looked very atmospheric, beside a stream, etc. The second (we ate at) had very nice food, and very friendly staff.
Thought staff were a bit surly, it's a bit remote from anywhere else (bar/restaurant had closed by the time we'd had our arrival shower).
I have stayed in many Campanile hotels many times and you always know that they meet your expectations...very reliable
there was no internet facility
