Great location: the train, tram and bus station is right next to the hotel. The main HB Zurich station is 7' away (next stop by express train). A grocery store is nearby The hotel staff is very helpful, friendly, professional, multilingual
Lack of wifi (nowadays it's a big flaw) Overpriced breakfast The lobby looks cheap, mismatching and outdated styles
Large open lobby with nice design pieces.
No sheet on the bed, just small duvet on top.
Hotel was excellent. Panoramic view from 23th floor.... amazing!!!Location was not central, however train station is just in front of the hotel. There are like 12 trains per our to the main station, which is in the city center of Zurich where all the shops are located. Commuting is only 7 minutes!!!!! and 5 minutes to the airport....better impossible. No noises at all at night.
The swimming pool was georgeous with amazing view.
price of breakfast.
Exceptional staff who went out of their way to assist us with our requirements, including car hire, luggage and train needs etc.
Location was a bit out of the way of the city
easy access, staff and easy check in, comfortable room, no noise, nice view, pool and sauna, complementary tea and coffee facility.
there was no any problem at all
I could walk to office where I had my meetings and could go everywhere using the train
Nothing to do with the hotel: the weather was not ok!...
The resetaurant and reception staff were pleasant and helpful.
1. The room was overheated and poorly ventilated. 2. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were inadequate. 3. The bathroom was simply an extension of the bedroom with a sliding glass door to separate it, so there was no privacy for the user. This was not what one expects from a hotel of that supposed standard. 4. The elevators, situated next to the bar, filled with cigarette smoke from the bar, making them unpleasant to use.
good transportation network, friendly staff
bathroom a bit small
Location and the room
The room clinliness, they need to change the carperts to fit a **** hotel. Also the gentelman on checking in had a not very nice attitude.Rest of the staff were excellent
The whole stay.
