One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. Every team member, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their commitment to excellence elevated the overall experience, making me feel like a valued guest.

Breakfast was good, but dinner (half-board) was very basic, totally unnaceptable for such hotel. Pool and beach was nice, but overall price-performance is not worth it. Also rooms were rather dated, not up to standard. Very disappointed. I must note that the staff is super nice, they are not guilty of the fact that proce-perormance ratio is soooo bad.

Great venue at the west end of Corniche, close to Emirates Palace and Qasr al Watan Palace. The private beach and spa/gym are a great plus. Great food options, with themed evenings (e.g. Italian, Asian,..) and very good overall quality. Rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished. Staff is lovely and helpful. The site hosts the main hotel and Rotana condos, so patrons are mixed.

The location is perfect and the fact that it has a beach is a plus amongst other hotels in this area. Food is great, people helpful, we liked everything about this place.

The main problem with this hotel is the service and the staff. The service is zero and the staff are very useless and not helpful at all. They are not smiling or welcoming and they seem not happy with their jobs. We woke up at very unhappy faces and looks, we ask for tea and coffee we don’t get it for ages. They serve the food and drink in a very unpleasant way. One waiter even looked at us when we asked him to come to our table, then he walked away and never came. The food quality is very low and it’s obvious that the managers are saving on food quality and types. The egg station chef outdoor ran out for eggs and ask ME to go grab eggs from inside!!!!! Then he pretended to add ingredients to the omelette while the ingredients plates were empty and he was too lazy to go to refill it, then he asked my son to go to the indoor chef instead!!!!!!!!! I find this ridiculous honestly and should never happen in 5 star hotels. Finally I will never recommend this hotel nor go there again.

Guests recommend requesting a room with a sea view or a view of the Presidential Palace for a more enjoyable stay.

Make the most of the hotel's 200 meters of private beach and one of the largest swimming pools in Abu Dhabi, along with additional facilities like a Jacuzzi and water sports.

Families traveling with children can benefit from the kid-friendly amenities, including a kids' club, child pool, and indoor play area, ensuring a pleasant stay for both adults and children.

While breakfast is highly praised, some guests found the quality of dinner to be basic and not up to the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Some guests recommend checking the cleanliness of the room upon arrival and requesting cleaning if necessary, especially for longer stays.

Take advantage of the hotel's fitness center, squash courts, spa, and outdoor tennis facilities for a well-rounded and relaxing experience.
