The pretzels are awesome. The free movies are excellent. The plane crew was amazing. The Austin airport lounge was too small and overcrowded. There were not enough seats. And the boarding staff was not as friendly.

I’m a first time mom and traveled with my 18mo old boy and it was not a great experience with the flight attendants. They were not friendly or helpful at all. It’s hard enough traveling with a toddler and have people be rude and unkind does not help.

Window seat and a packed plane. A very uncomfortable flight.

My flights went about as good as they could be. I’ll always take Alaska when possible.

The pilot and crew did everything they possibly could on an airline flight to make everyone comfortable and fed and informed and both flights to and from were flawless and safe and I couldn't imagine flying on another airline when I visit the Hawaiian islands

They held for me...Changed the Gate. The only way I made it was Wheel Chair Assistance. Guy ran me...he was exhausted, but we made it. God Bless. P

The flight was so empty that some us up forward (in upgraded seats) had to be moved to the back of the plane. The crews handled this situation as well as could be, and I got a row to myself (but it was at the very back of the plane).

The flight diverted to SJC first, so about 3.5 hours delay arriving at LIH, 1:30am, I had to pay extra hundreds dollars to rent car.

Leaving from Paine Field was so relaxing and easy—smooth and stressless! Alaska crew was friendly and helpful!

The flight was slightly delayed twice, but the complimentary can of wine was a nice touch.

On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive. I also upgraded to comfort + , I didn’t feel it was worth it. There was no benefit

They did a fine job. Can't wait to use Delta in the future.

There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.

Had a broken tray in business class. Crew just shrugged it off.

Seat back monitors and outlets were dead and not working.

Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.

I usually have a positive experience with Delta. Complimentary upgrades are always nice!

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

This flight was delayed approximately 4 hours due to bad weather in HNL.

The plane is extremely loud and there’s no place to charge devices.

Safety record impeccable and important since flying many hours and thousands of miles over ocean.

Seats on second leg from Hawaii to Tokyo would not recline. 9 hrs is long in total upright position.

Apparently the computer systems were down, so I wasn’t able to check in 24 hours in advance, despite multiple times on the app, the website, and by calling. Then I arrived at the airport and wasn’t assigned a seat right away. I had to wait until I was at the gate and waited about another hour for an agent. She was nice to give me a “free upgrade.“.

The crew worked to help us find standby seats and we were able to arrive at our destination early which was great. Only drawback is airport at Kona which is in need of update - waiting at gate passengers exposed to jet fumes, there’s only one restaurant with minimal choices, etc

Increased effort to keep family members (purchasing multiple tickets in the same transaction) sitting together. Additionally, when faced with choosing seats at the automated check-in kiosk, only exit row seats charging an additional $9 were available, but if you decline to choose seats, it picks seats that are NOT exit row. How does that work, Hawaiian?

It was wonderful. I have never flown Hawaiian Airlines, but I would definitely do it again. They were wonderful.

I finished with my medical appointment early on Oahu and the Hawaiian airlines staff helped me get an earlier flight back to the big island. It was a great experience. There was no food or entertainment that is why I gave it a good

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

The customer service was excellent! Check-in, baggage check-in, boarding, the flight went very smooth.

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

Left 2 hours later for delayed I had to take care a kid with special need since people don’t want to move to accommodate the rest of the family. . It wasn’t bad but that made me upset that people can be that selfish.

The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.

Over two hours wait to get wheelchair assistance from arrival to the departure gate for LA was unreasonable even though there appreared to be heavy demand.

Crew is way too many times on the intercom re explaining the same thing

Flight was fine. It took an unusually long time to have baggage delivered to the carousel in ORD.

I arrived to the airport 2 hours before my American Airlines flight was scheduled to take off. I have TSA pre-check. The airport was crazy packed when I arrived. After momentarily standing in the pre-check line, the TSA agent said that I am not pre-check. Of course I said that I am because I entered my KTN number on all my traveling sites and programs. I had to get out of line and go back to the AA counter to discover that American Airlines did not add my KTN to my boarding pass. I had to call TSA to find out my number, then have AA enter it onto my boarding pass. The emblem would not load onto my boarding pass. By this time, I decided to use my Clear in order to get through TSA but the line was ridiculous long. By the time I made through TSA, I missed my 11:08am flight and was re-booked for the 5:30pm. This is after the AA employee told me I should have gotten to the airport early. AA use to be a dependable airline not I use them only if I have too.

Flight from SBP to DFW 1. They rerouted us through PHX 2. Delayed flight out of SBP for 3 hrs so we missed our connection Downgrade on rerouted flight. Back of the plane, center seats, didn't sit together 4. Return flight out of DFW same exact thing. Delayed, missed connection, Downgrade + they lost our luggage! A complete mess.

Do not eat the bagel! Otherwise, good albeit late, breakfast in first. Boarding downgrade only because flight was delayed due to plane change due to undisclosed problem with original aircraft. I did not use entertainment.

Crew were attentive and friendly. Flight was smooth and early! I enjoyed the less crowded plane. Thank you!

Fight crew was not very attentive and the bastions were gross!

I don’t think the flight attendants are happy. They do not seem to be friendly or welcoming.

Gossipy flight attendants talked the whole flight about bar hopping and dating.
